Overall experience
Breakfast no non pork food

Comfy pillows.
No microwave. The whole reason we chose this hotel was because of the bar and bistro and both were closed. The next best thing would have been a microwave in the roo. And five dollars for wifi is ridiculous. Should be free like everywhere else.

The Hotel was nicely decorated. The staff was pleasant! The room was a good size & we liked that it had a couch. It was close to my daughters place & many restaurants & the mall. I had to ask for towels as we were staying 3 nights & were only given 2 towels but the gal who brought them up quickly was very nice. The bathroom & shower were nice & I like that there was a fridge & a closet to tuck stuff away.
The carpet had stains in our room & your feet got dirty if barefoot. The P-tac unit was a bit noisy & had a musty smell when not running, the mattress was not comfortable & the fitted sheet was too small & kept coming off. And breakfast is cold packaged stuff, so that was a real let down considering the price of the room. Arrow drive is a dead end road, so to go anywhere you had to wait long time periods to get out and go right to do a u-turn just to go to the mall and every place else.

The Breakfast was awful! a very limited selection you have to reheat in Microwave. there was nobody who served / monitored the service etc.
Pool was poor standard. The Hampton hotel next to the resort was much better.
TV selection was average
