I am owed a credit of $168 since May 11. no one seems to care and no customer service. this booking was cancelled in ple

I tried speaking to someone several times about a credit that is due back to my Amex. no one could help me and they just gave excuses and said the accounting lady was on maternity leave.

Turned away after a long drive even with a reservation

We were turned away at the front desk even though I am a Marriott Bonvoy member, because several of their rooms suffered water damage. They also claimed there was no phone number associated with our reservation, so I didn’t find out there was a problem until we arrived after a 9+ hour drive. They gave us a referral letter to another hotel that was not nearly as nice and that did not have our reserved room type available. Although we have stayed here before and had a good experience then, I’ll never book here again.

there was an old dirty washcloth with someone's pubic hair hanging on the shower, meaning the room wasn't properly cleaned.

this place should be condemned!

nothing, absolutely nothing.

the place should be condemned, mold everywhere from some sort of water damage, wall paper peeling off the wall and carpet ripped up everywhere. the rooms are full of mold, our whole family got sick from the place. don’t stay here, this place should not even be in operation.

Overall pretty good, staff was kind and polite

Beds were comfy and room was very clean,

Tv only had cable, didn’t have Netflix. (Sounds spoiled lol but every time I’ve gone there’s been Netflix and for the price I would like to have atleast something like Hulu or Disney plus/ Netflix

Beds were great. Nice and clean.

Breakfast was not the best. Microwaved biscuits and sausage and some yogurt hardly qualify for a nice breakfast.

comfortable bed and breakfast.

There was a bar of soap, but the shampoo and soap (body wash) dispensers were empty. The conditioner was the all purpose cleaner for us.
