I will not return. Had to wait 15 min for someone to come to checkout desk the morning we left.

Breakfast was there. Only ate a bagel. There was a lot of teenaged boys who cleaned out the breakfast. The toilet was quiet.

No water pressure in sink. Was told was a water saver. The little refrigerator froze up, was just told to turnoff . Pillows were tiny and hard, went to Wal mart and bought some. No one was at desk when we left.

The staff is rude and unwelcoming and uncaring

They gave us the wrong room, not what we booked for a family. Our son had to sleep on the floor since they wouldn’t get another bed. At 2am someone came into our room. They had a key. No one answered the phone at the front desk. The lady in the morning walked away and never came back. Absolutely no concern for customers or their safety. Will never stay here again. We have four years of college coming up. Big loss of business

Great except our room location.

breakfast was hot and very adequate. attendant was very helpful and kept everything clean.

Our rooms were close together but we were on the first floor near the front desk right next to an exit door. It wa very busy and noisy. A loud voiced person was going up and down that hall at 4:30 am. Everything else was great.

Loved it

There not much to say. But to sum it up, I liked everything about my stay. I always do. Every trip I make to Texas, I book with this same hotel and I love every stay

All of the employees were always smiling! And cleaning, every time I went downstairs there was somebody vacuuming the carpet or wiping. Windows or tabperiod.

At 1st!! We had no water pressure on the 4th floor in the shower. I told the front desk. The Front lady wrote a note and turned it in . we returned from our day of shopping, and they replaced the shower head! So this was Not a dislike at the end of the day. .I will be back. I recommend this place.

Booked this hotel for a baecation and it was the perfect room with the perfect view. Staff was amazing and very informat

Very clean and convenient property. So many food options within walking distance of the hotel.

Wish the scrambled eggs and sausage were separate as my family doesn’t eat red meat

Room was nice

It was very noisy all night and random people were trying to get in our room all night. The maids were loud and slammed the door everytime they went into their rooms. It sounded like someone was partying or moving furniture up above us all night. Not a restful stay.

We were not there long and didn’t eat breakfast, but would definitely stay again!

Room was clean and roomy. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The water pressure in the bathroom sink was low, but the shower pressure was good.
