Hotel was clean, easy to get to, and had great parking. Fitness center was small, but clean. Only issue was guest laundry was out of service, but still great overall.

The hotel front desk service was great, the room was great and the breakfast was good! Our tv didn’t work, had sound but no picture and the water pressure was horrible due to pipe work outside.

The bed was really comfortable. The breakfast service lady was super. She made sure we had what we needed before she closed the area, even though it was a few minutes after the ending time.

Floor was dirty, shower was dirty, furniture was beat up, phone in room was broken, temp in room was set to 62 while it’s 45 outside, kids are crazy and wanted to try and swim but the pool, was open, was green and filthy with trash, sticks and other debris. Public bathroom was filthy as well. We will not being staying at that hotel again…

We stayed here for the San Angelo Livestock Show and Rodeo. Great facility, clean and safe. Close to food and easy drive back to the fairgrounds. Would definitely stay again.

Conveniently located by several food and entertainment options it was cold so i stay nice and warm in the room the staff was amazing and help the ladies at the front desk were very nice and pleasant

This is the kind of hotel you would check into last second. I can’t recommend making reservations to a place like this. Plenty of grime on the walls that the maids probably aren’t paid enough to deep clean. Very poor sound insulation. Problems with keeping the a/c on. Staff and service are friendly and did their job well. The main problems come down to poor management and subpar building conditions. Still better than a motel 6 though.

The water pressure at the sink allowed for a trickle from the faucet. Management was aware and in the process of replacing the many offending water conserving faucets but is continuing to rent the rooms.

Housekeeping by policy ignores do not disturb signs. No hand soap. No ice machine on floor. Room doors close *very* loudly. Room access cards disabled 10 minutes *before* checkout time. Corroded and poorly installed shower head sprays water *over* curtain and onto floor. All hand/bath towels stored *inside* shower.

The front staff thay checked us in was non-friendly. The bed was hard as a rock, the furniture was damaged. There was no water pressure. The breakfast was severely limited. Hotel.com charged me 141 when the hotel was charging 112.

A bit disappointing. Superficially, it looked okay but there were a few issues. The water flow from the sink taps was almost non-existent, the beds (and pillows) weren't that comfortable and the breakfast was very limited (the worst we have encountered on the 3 week trip).

Polite staff, wonderful location, very clean and comfy. I missed the breakfast because I slept in so peacefully but I heard it was amazing. This will be my go-to hotel for future visits to San Angelo. Thank you :-)

Room was dusty and not clean when we checked in. Towels had stains on them, dust and dirt buildup in corners of the room. Sauce stains on the bed and phone.

All was awesome, except for the restroom faucet just trickled a stream of water. Shower was great!

Nice staff and good location but the room wasn’t very clean. The shower looked old/rusted and the bottom of the shower was dirty. The shower head wasn’t working well. The room itself had dirt/dust on all the appliances, including the coffee maker and ice bucket. Not many of the electrical outlets worked and the dead bolt wouldn’t line up with the hole so we couldn’t deadbolt the door. But the sheets were clean and room was straightened. The air conditioner also worked well.
