The water closet room had a sink that had been clogged for awhile. The bathroom had a crack in the shower that had been epoxied. Two of us git our feet stuck in the crack.

The night attendant was the rudest I have ever come across. It was absolutely embarrassing and insulting the way he treated me. For a Marriott I never expected, I paid for a last minute pass through stay. When I arrived there was no record of payment from Hotels.com so he told me to call them that if I didn’t like it I could Stay somewhere else and he would cancel my reservation ! I was so taken back I was speechless. Regardless if the payment was there and if there was an error on either side. At this point it’s not an issue of blame, it’s how I was treated, I paid . I tried to show him he wasn’t interested. The lack of effort to just try to help, was not there: mind you I had 3 kids in the car and it was almost midnight. I went to 3 other hotels and found a room. They knew of this person and said he was insupportable.

Nice front lady, quick check in, overall clean hotel. Spacious room. Only issue is the pillows need updating. Woke up with sore neck due to pillows going flat.

We had a reservation for a room with 2 Queen beds and a pull out couch. We we’re arriving late so we called on our way to tell them we’d need a late check in. The reception told me my reservation want guaranteed and they changed us to a room with a king sized bed. I said… we’ll that’s not okay. We have too many people and where will they sleep. She said that sounds like your problem not mine. We cancelled our reservation. We were hours away from home, coming in at midnight, for a contest the next day. Awful experience and disappointed by the sarcasm from the receptionist who obviously didn’t care we were not in a good situation. Hotel said it was 3rd party apps fault. I just can’t understand how you make a reservation and they can change it from underneath you with NO NOTICE! Terrible!

Stayed a few days….. room door would not latch, huge safety issue. and had a huge gap at the bottom door jam. The maid service would not clean the room. They would only make the bed but leave the room dirty. Black mold on the bathroom mirror and behind the mirror.

Very clean, comfortable, friendly staff and close to my family! Breakfast was very nice, scrambled eggs, toast, bagels, yogurt, sausage, bacon waffles, muffins, etc.

The linens are adequate but the bed was so hard!!! Also the ac/heat did not work and cold outside air was blowing through the hole. For a pricey hotel yall need to pay attention.

3 Different rooms because of maintenance issues. Small problems like lightbulbs out, flickering lights and thermostat didn’t work. Otherwise the rooms are a great size and have everything you need

Staying in a suite that sleeps 6. We go to take our showers and there’s only 2 bath towels. Ok, let’s call the desk and ask them to bring 5 more. Over an hour goes by and no towels. Sitting around waiting to get our day started. I call the desk back and ask again for some towels. I’m told they have been busy and the towels are still drying. First off, why would they only put 2 towels in the room and second, it would have been nice to get a update that there’s gonna be a delay. Someone finally delivers 2 more towels when I asked for 5. She was preterbed when I told her I still needed 2 more. If your gonna have a room that sleeps 6 then you should have the room prepared for 6 guests.

Only complaint was 1/3 of the parking lot was blocked off and commercial trucks were taking up 3 or more parking spaces in the main lot. They might be better parked behind the hotel or on empty lot next door.

Wonderful stay. Pool was great for our kids, and the bar was relaxing for us that night. The only thing I would suggest, is to have the live sports games at the bar!

Very nice hotel. Rooms were modern and spacious. Staff was helpful and friendly. Quiet and convenient to restaurants and free breakfast was a plus. Definitely would stay at this hotel again.

I had a two night stay. I didnt arrive the first night and they wouldn't let me check-in even though i paid for two nights. I am probably going to stop using Expedia.com because the hotels treat you like a 3rd class citizen

The hallways smelled so good. Gabe was nice and friendly at check in. Breakfast bar lady made my waffle since it’s been a while for me. Very sweet lady. The side entry door was a little scary at how hard it shuts with that metal. I don’t have children but that could be dangerous for small kids by that door with the high Texas winds too. We felt so comfortable in our room! It was clean cool and comfy.

Very good location with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and driving routes. I can easily recommend Springhill as a great place to stay if you find yourself in San Angelo for any reason.

The hotel and room were great! There was a wonderful breakfast with a lots of options! The only interaction I had with staff was upon check in, and the employee that checked us in seemed like we were inconveniencing her. Other than that, it was good experience. I would stay here again.

It’s a nice hotel. However there are newer properties within walking distance. My room had a cracked sink and the tv did not work. There was also a long hair in the shower from the previous occupant. The front desk staff was very helpful at checkin! Other member of my party felt there rooms were fine. Perhaps I just got a bad one.

Super Clean; Smells Fresh; Everything is rather new; facility has a “putting green” & Swimming hole. First time at this Bonvoy and will now use Marriott on all my other vacation spots.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay. The staff including house keeping was very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was delicious all weekend. Our room was great!! the handicap accessible bathroom and washtoom was amazing and the beds were very comfy. We will definitely be making this our go to hotel when we visit San Angelo and will recommend these suites to everyone !!

We started out at a different hotel and left. SpringHill Suites made us feel very well cared for. The room was nicely decorated and very well appointed. The organization of the suite allowed for a lot of privacy and convenience.

Only stayed one night. Only one hand towel provided. Design of room not functional. Room was extremely narrow. Bathroom in2 locations, one w commode & tiny sink & one with sink & shower w closet in between. So didn’t even have hand towel for each sink. No towel racks at all. When you open closet door bathroom access is blocked. Dysfunctional desk area. Pluses were that Beds were very comfortable & there were sufficient electrical outlets.
