Would have been nice If we didn’t have Death in Our Family.. and had to leave

We had 2 Name night stay but my spouse Mother Passed away so we had to leave the same night we checked in and then They act like We can’t get a refund saying it’s a process then want to charge us a cancellation fee This was an unexpected situation We had to cancel.. you don’t know when death will hit.. still haven’t received our Refund

section of the carpet in our room was very wet…..Room #112 Breakfast was not available in BISTRO. water damage in kitchen area Nextdoor to our room?

it was not work the amount of money I spent there.

loved the room

the breakfast was supposed to be included and it wasn’t, then $46 dollars later the lady making the coffee completely forgets I ordered 4 coffees and makes everyone that ordered after me. also, I don’t think she had ever made coffee before. the pool was out of towels and so much chlorine in the air it burned my eyes. there were some kids spraying us with water guns basically unsupervised by the parents drinking a daiquiri in the corner. no phone line works.

Clean pool and hot tub. Beds very comfy, walk in shower was amazing!!!

Need more trash cans and more than 2 bottles of water per room. MO

said it was remodeled, still very outdated! we had a hamburger it was wonderful.

outdated, hard to even find the place to check in.

decent staycation

within distance from shops and food. inside pool and hot tub nice. staff friendly.

smell of room was very unpleasant updates were being completed on the facility (would’ve been nice to know prior to booking)

Disappointing

Room was not what we expected at the rate we paid and the balcony view was horrible!Hotel smelled like smoke also.

Great stay, will stay again, just hope they can hire some people to work!

Good location, room was very clean and comfortable, quiet surroundings.

Could not buy any alcohol at property since front desk worker was not certified to sell it. No cocktail happy hour for same reason, no one to work or sell. My only other complaint, why charge $9.50 for breakfast? Come on folks!

What they call a king bed is definitely a queen. Front desk seemed overwhelmed at all times even just with me standing at the desk.

Not in keeping with our standards or expectations of comfort, cleanliness and class.

This place is long overdue for a complete refurbishment. Marriott should not attach its name to a facility like this.

Very good

The rooms are very clean! I am a clean freak and I love the cleanliness of the rooms. This hotel is very quiet and peaceful.

Housekeeping came too late in the day.

Enjoyed my stay, nice rooms, just could have been a lot cleaner

staff was extra nice and helpful , nice set up. room were nice and comfortable

the room wasn’t clean at all. hair on the bed, pet hairs on the floor, on the sofa. old cigarette butts on the Balconly. chips underneath the sofa
