Clean property, functional, friendly small staff.

After check in we had to go back to front office and get the issued door card activated after we unpacked car and lugged all our luggage up to the 3rd floor. When we got up there, apparently the family across the hall had to do the same because they were all sitting in the hallway. When traveling details like that make a difference.

Bad

Tried to book a suite with a kitchenette, the DAY of was told that they don’t have my room, after I called?? Then down sized me for $10?? Then I asked if I could cancel my room and they told me no. DO NOT BOOK HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A BIG FAMILY!! THEY DO NOT CARE. They will NOT let you know if your room has been down graded until YOU call THEM.

The staff was very nice and room was quiet cool and comfortable.

I didn't like having to go down to the front desk repeatedly because key cards wouldn't work. It took three trips on the last morning only to be finally told they needed to replace the batteries. This wasted so much time and being locked out repeatedly on both days was frustrating and embarrassing. Also they need to vacuum better. Someone trimmed toenails and they were still on the floor.

I'd recommend this friendly hotel for anyone that has a dog, likes a good jacuzzi and breakfast.

the breakfast tasted good, although it was really crowded when we ate at 8 am. The room was clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi and pool were excellent. the little dog run area was a great place to accommodate our dog. The air conditioning was a perfect, cool temperature considering the outside was pretty hot.

Tucson's freeway system sucked. The entire 10 freeway was stopped cold and added an extra half hour of our drive time. It's not the hotel's fault though. Most everything they did was spot on for making the stay there pleasant and comfortable.

The breakfast was great.. The cook was awesome..

The bed was hard.. The room was dirty the gate getting to the pool was broken. The TV was always glitching could not watch anything on it. And the refrigerator room did not work the freezer did but the refrigerator did not.

The beds were not comfortable. The room didn't get cool enough for comfort. One slow-moving elevator, and it was hot and uncomfortable in there.

The person who checked us in was probably the nicest person I’ve ever had check me into a hotel. Not sure of the spelling of her name but it was something like Jamika. She was not wearing a name tag .

Fabulous!!

Loved it all. Loved the room, it was quiet!! Soundproof! I couldn't hear the shower when my friend was showering. Breakfast was good, plenty to choose from and well stocked. Evening front office staff on Friday and Saturday night were extremely friendly and helpful, absolutely loved Jemica and her co-worker!!

There was not one thing I disliked. But I will mention, the city should do something about the garbage dumped out behind the hotel on the walking path. I realize the homeless situation is awful through out the US, but the mess once encounters on the path is terrible! I realize this has nothing to do with the hotel, but it would help the location.

We paid extra to have a kitchenette but it was not equipped at all. No plates, no cutlery, no cups. Nothing at all so we paid extra for nothing.
