Pleasant & too short.

Did not have time to have the morning breakfast. Location was good for the venue that we attended in the area.

Much needed

Very clean and peaceful. Nice staff and very helpful

I wish the free breakfast was more than waffles and cereal. I wish I had eggs and bacon. Just saying. I wish I would of had a tub to soak in.

Probably wouldn’t use this place again but use one close to it through booking.com

The location

The staff was really cold toward us made you feel like you were taking up their time. Asked for receipt but was told they didn’t give out paper receipts because it was booked through booking. com. Then when I told them I had never heard of that and would check on it all of a sudden she was able to materialize a receipt.

To many other hotels that know customer service!

I like the location.

Plenty of roaches. The young lady showed me the can of roach spray she has. At 11:03 am, the phone rang. It was the front desk telling me that my check out time was 11:00. I said its 11.:03. I'm sure they had other rooms to clean as well as being disabled, I might be a few minutes late My God, 3 minutes really!. She realized she shouldn't have done it and asked me if I need more time. The only time I need is not to book there again

it was okay, it was not terrible. i didnt mind it too much.

the staff.

the location, the people constantly walking around outside but never coming in, around the beds were dirty.

The breakfast was basic, met our needs.

There was a small roach in the room, walking on the night table, that freaked us out a bit

Breakfast was non existent. Had to ask desk clerk for waffle mix, etc. cutlery , napkins. etc. no breakfast sandwiches by 8 o'clock. Room curtain had 3 holes in it. Somebody's trash still in room along with their chewed gum stuck to the floor. Not a pleasant experience for the price.

Passable. Would be more particular in the future and would not go through Booking.com.

I did not ask for a smoking room but got placed in one, and while the desk person did try to find me a room to switch, she said there were none, so I had hoped it wouldn't be too strong a smell of smoke. But it was, and more so in the hallway than the room. There were also two bugs in the room - one in the bathroom and one on the dresser, which made me nervous but were sighted in the morning after we had already spent the night.

This was a bad experience. I booked a room in advance and when we arrived (after 15 hours of driving) we were sent to a room that was clearly uncleaned. We went back to the reception and were given an option of a smoking room. I refused because I have allergies, and the receptionist kept looking. Finally, we were given another room. The same situation happened - the room was dirty. We went back and were told that they were short on cleaning staff and offered a refund. But it was 8pm and we were exhausted with nowhere to go. So in the end, we agreed to the smoking room. I had a very bad night, which I spent coughing. Will not be returning.

This hotel is dated. I can deal w/that but the roaches is totally unacceptable.

No compensation/percentage off room rate nor another room w/double beds available due to hotel was sold out & no follow up from management and this concern was reported after check in Friday and I checked out Sunday
