My stay was nice. The staff was very nice and respectful. The only problem was the gap under the door and the fruit flie

Air conditioning worked well. Room was fairly clean.

Water pressure was low in the bathroom. Ice machine was broken. When I called the office to ask if ice was available in the office. I was told(I could go down the street to get ice) Really? The temperature in the breakfast area was so uncomfortable,(hot) my husband and I had to take our food to our room to finish eating our meal. For the amount of money we paid for a two night stay. Our accommodations were not acceptable.

Very good

The staff were all so nice, the bed was so incredibly comfortable, and best of all- it was clean! We were in town for 1 night for a concert and the Georgia game and it was the perfect place to stay. A great rate, not too far from everything, yet out of the way of the traffic- we will be staying here again.

location

steps on stairwell leading to room were cracked and broken. could easily cause a fall. Cold shower first night. arrived second night at 8:30pm from dinner to NO parking spaces available.

really disappointed I spent $230 for this.

the guy at the desk was super nice.

it was nasty, had zero parking, was nasty, beds were extremely hard, oh and did I mention it was nasty.

Worst Stay in Athens. Not worth your money

The waffles at breakfast but nothing else

The room was dirty and had a huge dead roach left on the wall when we checked in. I had to remove it myself. Also the toilet kept leaking water and I accidentally stepped in some in the middle of the night. Most of the staff was friendly except one elderly lady that brought her grandson to work with her. She apparently was the hotel manager and was extremely rude and frankly not meant to work hospitality. Then the night before checkout I was watching TV when I seen a roach crawl along the dresser which freaked me out. The breakfast was ok, but not what I was expecting.

In a pinch, I would stay here again but it is an older property with some cleaning issues.

good location close to many shops and restaurants and not far from downtown
