Outside of the terrible night sleep described we were satisfied with the room

Location and cleanly

We had an incident at 11:15pm one evening. People were outside our first floor window having a loud and obnoxious fight. We called the office and were told they would check it out. The fight continued another 20 minutes and my husband got dressed and went down to the office. The front desk attendant told him he got busy and forgot. He finally went down and made the couple go inside. I don’t believe the attendant was that busy that late at night. Made for a terrible night sleep.

Perfect for a weekend getaway

Easy access to the highway. Comfortable room, easy check in, friendly staff, breakfast had lots of options and even a snack bar

Good Service at a Handy Location

Good location with an easy drive to downtown Asheville as well as close access to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Pleasant and pretty quiet room. Reasonable wifi although slightly unreliable as our room was probably furthest from the central hub. Good parking.

Nothing really - the hotel was very busy but this didn't cause a problem. It would have been good if there had been restaurants within walking distance. As a diabetic I did not try the free breakfast options as they were predominantly carbo based.

Really disappointed about noise. I work really hard and needed this mini vacation.

Room clean, breakfast was good, staff very friendly.

Our room was at street and could hear loud vehicles and motorcycles until like 1:00 in the morning. We had paid for two nights but after the noise was so loud Again on Saturday night we checked out around 7:30 p.m. and drove home.

Good value.

Good value. Plenty of nice thick towels and extra soap/shampoos. Frig with a freezer that actually froze my ice packs for the trip home. Convenient to the Blue Ridge Parkway!!!

Exceptional

We stay here every time we come to Asheville, and it is always wonderful. The rooms are really nice and comfy for a great price! This was also our first time bringing our dog with us. They put us in a room by the stairs so it made taking her outside really convenient. They also only charge like $20 extra a night to have her stay with us. So cheap compared to other hotels we've stayed at. This is a pet friendly hotel but you would never know because it does not smell at all. We've stayed in hotels in the past where our entire room smelled like a pet store, but this is definitely not the case at the Comfort Inn.

Very basic hotel. Breakfast include. We were there for 4 days, slept good, used the pool

Everything was good!!

The location, the breakfast was good, and the rooms were very clean. Staff was really friendly & I didn’t have an issue with pets being in the building like I thought I would.

Ice machine wasn’t working on the 2nd floor.

Breakfast was good, room was very clean. Centrally located between downtown Asheville and tourist town of Black Mountain.

Shower drain was extremely slow but maintenance fixed when complaint made.
