Was a decent place to stay for the money in that area.

Employees were nice

I booked a king suite and never seen that room I have stayed there multiple times in the last couple months have gotten a basic room each time even if I booked the better one. I don't understand that but maybe they will upgrade me on my next stay.

The staff were great but the room could be a little cleaner .

I liked the pool and that we had a big enough room for my family. Especially the king bed and queen bed. Never saw that before.

The bathroom is a little small. The floors were filthy to where we had to wear flip flops because your feet would be black. There were tenants that were taken up 5 parking spaces at a time. The metal bottom of the bed make alot noises while sleeping. Water pressure and hot water suck.

Want ever stay there again. Will probably take Wyndham off of our stay locations when traveling.

No breakfast provided. Sign said no juice or coffee taken out of lobby, juice and coffee was all that was provided at no cost.

I would pay a little more and stay somewhere that had a hot breakfast.

it was clean and right off the highway.

they advertised breakfast included. this consisted of granola bars, juice, and coffee very disappointing

Horrible place to deal with , stay away! Far away!

Nothing absolutely nothing this place is a scam! Keep your credit card information away from this awful place they make fraudulent claims on your card! Go some where else and keep your charge card in your wallet.

fraudulent charge on my card for the room. The hotel claims they need 24 hour notice for cancellation therefore your card information you entered an hour earlier while traveling will be charged even if you call and cancel your reservation. In this case they still had five rooms available when I called and explained we would no longer need the room that night. The reservation process online clearly states that payment due is 0 you pay when you arrive. Even though I called and spoke with them and canceled they still charged me for the room. When I spoke with their customer service rep they basically said tough luck. P.S. Booking.com was useless in try to resolve this issue also!

The friendliness of the staff

I can't say enough about the excellent staff! The lady at the desk was very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The downfall of this hotel is that I don't feel safe while staying there. There are alot of people hanging out in the parking lot and drinking, etc. It makes you feel very uncomfortable. I will not be staying again, unfortunately.

not worth it

the pool was the only nice thing there and we didn’t even get to use it bc it closed when we arrived.

it was very run down, the breakfast was bottled water and a granola bar, the bed was very worn out and not comfortable. to get to our room upstairs we had to go up the stairs outside no elevator so we had to carry all our luggage up that way.

Way over priced.

It was clean.

Check in was a long process. The lobby area looked like a thrift store with junk piled all around, not very welcoming. Was told that breakfast was available from 6 to 9.30 am. Had to ring the night bell to gain access at 6.30am to be told breakfast was only coffee and juice. Don't advertise breakfast to deceive people, it's just not right. The room was dark and dismal. Some lighting did not work, the Jacuzzi did not work. They had a designated parking spot for Veterans that they used to store building materials which I found to be disrespectful as there was plenty of other parking spots that could have been used. The rate of $104 for one night for a place of this stature was outrageous. I had pre-booked and paid, otherwise I would have left.

pleasant staff, great king room

the room was nice very clean. it was actually way nicer than what we expected. had a fridge and microwave in it and coffee maker. the front desk gal was awesome extremely nice very apt to help me everytime i asked her for something.
