The worse night I have ever had in a motel.

The young lady that greeted us at check-in was very pleasant and efficient. The bathroom was the only clean part of the room. The sound proofing must have been good because although the place was pretty full it seemed to be quiet.

The room was filthy. Some of the towels were dirty. The lamp shades had mildew and were in very poor condition. The bed was sagging in the middle so I woke up in the middle of the night with aching back pain.

only if you need to stay a night on the road,arrive really late, leave early and you are cheap

The room was clean however the shower had no hot water even thou I ran the faucets for 15 min. The shower faucet was extremely loose. only one tiny bottle of shampoo/ conditioner. totally useless. The room door barely closed properly. The area is extremely noisy from the highway. The bed was uncomfortable and with 1 light blanket only. Breakfast was ok for the price. The bread serviced is this useless wonder white bread which is the worst food. funny how all the cereal is either extremely sweet or non nutritious (I wouldn't give it to my kids). coffee tasted horrible. I wonder why they do not want to put a bit more when they make it. We arrived later at night (10:30 pm) and the guy in the lobby refused to open the door for us. The price for wyndham member was higher than the price on booking.com. I had to cancel my cash payment and book online as the concierge refused to match the online price. we were with a dog and paid $10 pet fee.

I will not recommend anyone to stay there anymore!!!!

I have stayed there before. What upsets me “I was double charged.. when I mentioned to lady at front desk when I checked in that I had charged on my account!! She said I would not be charged again but later that evening I received a message from my bank saying I was charged again..

Their customer service is very poor!! They don’t care!! Man at desk told me it wasn’t his problem it was mine n Priceline.. I spoke to Priceline and they said I needed to contact booking.com but I was traveling and didn’t want to be on my phone while driving 4 hours . I came down due to a DEATH n my family and waking up to be double charged and having to go bury my family member truly got me!!!

it was ok, I would say it is way too expensive for the location and the place. You could improve

The breakfast was organized even though it was a bar with food. The bed was comfortable

The smell in the room was awful, I couldn’t sleep because of this wet smell.

Absolutely nothing!

The place is not well kept, dirty, smelly, uncomfortable….will NEVER stay at any of your hotels again. This was awfulll.

NOTHING! We had to stay due to us traveling so long and being so exhausted didn’t want to risk driving no longer for safety.

We got a room on the 1st floor we went in and it was dirty then went to bathroom NUMEROUS BUGS! Called and they switched us to a different room on the other end of the hotel on the second level. It was MUCH cleaner I will NEVER stay there again.

My mother was handicapped. No easy access to the bathroom. Dog was 10 extra, but it never said that when I booked. Hair dryer didn't work.

Full of cockroaches and spiders in ants the place was dirty and filthy and it was way overpriced. But the air conditioning did work good it was ice cold. But that's about it everything else sucks

Hotel gave us a place to stay at a fair price for our ball tourney. Won't stay there again tho

Location to interstate was good. Staff was very nice in trying to resolve my room issues very quick

Took 3 tries to find a room where the HVAC was working to cool us in our room to sleep. Felt a little uncomfortable with my son due to certain activities happening at the hotel. Smell of pot being Smoked alot and Hispanic women arriving in the evening to "entertain" Hispanic men. Very obvious by dress and physical actions.
