About this house rental

Nestled in Bluffton, this lovely house for $300 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Beautiful rental property within minutes from Palmetto Bluff and some of the best golfing, dining, shopping and beaches. Centrally located between Savanna, GA and Hilton Head Island. Gated community pool within walking distance. Bluffton is a wonderful place to stay while exploring all the historical features and restaurants offered in Old Town Bluffton. The property is located in close proximity to Parris Island and University of South Carolina Beaufort. Nightly, weekly, and monthly rentals available. Guest access You will have full access to the house with the exception of the garage and the owners closet downstairs that is located across from the garage entry and one closet upstairs in the hallway. For added comfort, we include a complimentary starter pack with trail size shampoo, conditioner, body wash/soap and a limited amount of laundry pods, dryer sheets, fresh linens, fresh towels, beach towels (upon request), garbage bags, dish pods, limited cleaning supplies, toilet paper and paper towels. This is truly a home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything and everything you should need to prepare meals. Interaction with guests Although we won't be available in person we are only a phone call away. To ease your mind and for added convenience, upon your arrival there will be information available upon request for one of our contacts that lives in close proximity to the house that will be able to help you in any way if needed with the house, restaurant recommendations, or with any concerns. It is almost like having a personal concierge.

In town for a friend’s wedding at Palmetto Bluffs. It was a perfect spot and a beautiful place. Wish we had more time to enjoy. In Fri and out Sunday early am. The whole process was easy and again as advertised. Beautiful !

Easy check in with key code, manager gets back to you ASAP! The house is fairly new, beautiful decor, comfortable and the location was terrific! Close to grocery store and 15 minutes to downtown Bluffton. Only draw back was no drip coffee pot only a Pod style and no pods, bring your pods! Loved the community pool and the neighborhood, very safe.

We had a wonderful experience at the townhouse! Beautiful and cozy, yet spacious enough for us to have our own bedrooms and space. Wonderfully appointed with modern chic beach decor. All the furniture was comfortable and well maintained. Wonderful fenced in backyard. Amenities and beach supplies provided. Owner was quick to respond when we asked to extend or had any questions! Will definitely return to this beautiful property in the future! Highly recommended!

The home still seems new and is very clean. The master bath is very easy to love with the specialty shower. The location is about a 15-minute drive to Old Towne Bluffton and most other attractions. The photos are mostly accurate. The only downside to the photos is that there was no grill as shown. The master suite smells a little smokey to a sensitive nose. Since we don't smoke, it was noticeable. Thankfully, the owner placed a scented candle in the master suite which masked the smoke smell perfectly. The owner requests that you take the trash to the landfill. That errand took 25 minutes versus the 5 minutes stated by the owner. Our favorite parts of the rental were the modern, well-stocked kitchen, master shower, overall cleanliness, and comfy couches.

Very nice home, just as we experienced last year when we were there. Which is why we wanted to rent it again. It is perfect for our families needs and the location couldn’t be any better. This was a convenient location to attend our Marine's graduation at Parris Island. We were also able to experience shopping and dining in the Hilton Head area and the Savannah GA area. The house was perfect and fit our needs. I would definitely recommend staying here. Communication with Mark the owner was an easy process. We are considering another visit to the area and staying here again for a family vacation.

The house was perfect! Everything was pristine, lots of space to spread out and enjoy on the first floor. Kitchen appliances worked well. Cabinets had everything we needed for a short stay & room to store what we brought with us. Bedrooms upstairs had clean, comfortable beds & huge closets so we could slip suitcases out of sight. We made the whole family use the master bath shower at least once because it was so fabulous but both bathrooms were big and clean. Our stay was focused on a local wedding so water play was at the community pool, which was quiet and just at the end of the street. Property is close to multiple Kroger & Publix grocery stores, a huge range of restaurants and shopping options. Owner was quick to respond to our texted questions and even made sure we were aware of local weather alerts as our stay was just before a hurricane. (Thank you so much!)

Home was nicely decorated and room sizes generous. Kitchen was well appointed in addition to large outdoor grill. Home is very clean. Owner is pleasant and extremely attentive to any needs. Love the Bluffton area so much we are looking into making it our permanent home.

This home is totally awesome! So clean, easy to live in and comfortable! The kitchen is furnished with anything you can imagine you’ll need. The gas grill is clean, and big. The location is close to everything. Bluffton is a sweet city for all ages to enjoy. Mark, the owner, is so responsive and helpful. He anticipates his tenants needs. Great guy! We will most define stay here again when we’re in the area.

Beautiful property. Every kind of pan you can think of so make cooking easier. King bed in the master was amazing along with the shower!!! But the other 2 queens in the bedrooms were not as comfortable b/c then didnt have box springs. Over this was an amazing stay.

Robert & I were so impressed with the house & feeling so welcomed. Old Towne Bluffton as well as Hilton Head have so much to see. We highly recommend Squatty Goble, Fatty Patties, Captain Woodys and a wonderful Italian Restaurant all in Bluffton. We came down not expecting Florence that devasted SC & NC. It was originally to hit Bluffton & HH. Because of this we had to stay longer because of high waters and 95N&S closed. Mark: Thank you for going out of your way to helping us out till we get home. The owners were so helpful, so accommodating, and only a phone call or email away. They responded almost immediately to any question we had. When we walked into this beautiful home, we felt very welcomed and right at home. Everything that we needed was provided to begin our week worry free. If you are ever in the Hilton Head/ Savannah are, We would definitely recommend that you consider staying at this beautiful home. It is only a short drive to either point and located in such a nice quiet area in beautiful Bluffton SC. We would absolutely rent this property again !!!!!

We loved our 3-day stay. Mark was extremely responsive, and as a result we had no concerns or issues prior to or during our trip. While we spent very little time in the home (our purpose was to visit with family in the region), we found it immaculate, beautifully appointed, and extremely comfortable. The very charming Old Town Bluffton is a 10 minute drive, and Hilton Head Island is 20 minutes. Should our plans call for future stays in the area, we would return in a heartbeat!
