Situated in Bluffton, this lovely cottage for $449 per night is a great option for your next break. Pool and other amenities are not available to non Hampton Hall residents unfortunately. I will update the website if the policy returns to normal, however it will not likely be in the near future. The beaches of Hilton Head are open however and beautiful. If you have any questions about this please ask. Hampton Hall Huge 3 Bedroom/3 Bath Golf Home in Gated Comm. near Hilton Head & Savannah If the leisurely drive through the winding roads with golf course views to this amazing cottage don't relax you, then perhaps a cocktail on the screened in patio will. You will find everything you need for an unforgettable, comfortable vacation in this beautifully appointed 3 bedroom/ 3 bath golf cottage. In the kitchen you will find appliances, dishes, cookware... everything you need to prepare your own meals if you wish to. Just bring your groceries with you, and make yourself at home. In the living room you will see plenty of comfortable seating and a television with DVD player. The patio doors open up to a large patio with outdoor dining. The upstairs bedroom features a queen size bed, TV with DVD player and a gorgeous private bathroom. 2 bedrooms Downstairs the 1st bedroom features 1 king bed, TV and DVD player and private bath; the other has 2 queen beds, a kitchenette with sink, mini fridge and microwave, an en suite bathroom, and direct access to the front patio. This 3 bedrooom home is spotless and kept very clean. The beds are comfortable and have very thick pillow top mattresses and great pillows, a full assortment from feather to temperpedic. I want your stay to be better than the Ritz and a lot more Grand. Hampton Hall is an amazing community and very family friendly. Treat yourself to a country club atmosphere where you and your family can enjoy an exceptional atmosphere that is never overcrowded. When entering the traffic circle, take the first right following the sign to The Golf Club. First left and it's the 2nd home on the left 10 Claremont Ave.

Lovely home in Hampton Hall development, quiet and safe. Home was spacious, beautifully furnished and comfortable. Host was helpful and all instructions clear - checkin and checkout was simple. Will look forward to returning!

Jay's property is lovely, perfect location for visiting family in Blufton. He prepared us well with check in instructions and had our gate passes ready. Even though he has a very busy profession, he was available and communicated excellently during our stay and was very generous about a very small issue. Completely recommend!

This was a great location for our family, and I would stay here again! Our family of six was very comfortable. Great space for meals as well as spacious bedrooms. We visited other family members and friends who lived nearby so was very convenient. The location is great for proximity to beach, kayaking, fishing and biking. We also had trips to Hilton Head Island, Beaufort, Savannah and Bluffton.

We really enjoyed our stay as it was the perfect size and location for our guys' golf trip. Jay (the owner) was extremely responsive to our needs. The place itself was immaculate and had everything you might need for a short term or longer stay. We'll definitely be looking to book this place again in the future.

I cannot recommend this property enough. Jay, the owner, is so easy to get a hold of and will accommodate you with anything he can. The house is amazing. The cleanliness is top notch, the cooking utensils/pots/pans in the kitchen are perfect, and the pictures look exactly like the house. My parents, my husband, my daughter and myself stayed here for 3 nights for my Goddaughters graduation. Perfect neighborhood to go for walks in, see plenty of wildlife (we loved seeing the deer) and just relax on the rocking chairs on the front porch. We cannot thank Jay enough and we will definitely be back.

My family and I stayed in this beautiful home for my son’s Marine Corps graduation. The home is just as pictured. It’s beautiful, clean and well supplied. It’s in a gated community which offered onsite dining options. The host (Jay) was easily accessible and responded quickly with answers to my questions. We will definitely be back.

This is a full-sized house in a gated golf community about 40 minutes from the beaches on Hilton Head and about 30 minutes from Savannah, Georgia. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and used our time to explore the area. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the area was very quiet. We didn't know until we arrived that we'd need to pay extra to do things like use the pool at the complex. All other communication with the owner was great. Kitchen is clean and well-appointed. You should plan on bringing in your own food and cooking needs, if you plan to cook. Overall, one of the best places we've stayed!
