Comfortable, cozy and tastefully decorated, "The Bluffton Bird House" features new kitchen appliances, a full-size stacked LG washer and dryer and all the amenities necessary to guarantee a comfortable, enjoyable stay. The main room includes a sleep sofa and arm chair, a breakfast counter with two counter stools which can be used as a work desk, a wall-mounted TV, full kitchen and laundry closet. The bedroom has a queen size bed with new Tuft & Needle mattress and box spring, a chest/side table, a chair and closet. The full bath has a single vanity toilet, tiled shower and tiled floor.

I was in Bluffton for both business and a little break, and the 'birdhouse' was the perfect place to decompress, finish my work, and then enjoy a day with family in a charming town. I so appreciate the care & consideration the owners provide, down to Half & half in the fridge & good coffee in the cupboard. I will stay there again!!

Jack and his wife have decorated a super cute apt. They stocked it with water, coffee, chocolates and everything else you would need for your stay. The apt was really clean, the check in book had tons of good info. The apt was within walking distance of Bluffton. Would absolutely stay here again.

The property was just as everyone had said it was. Beautifully decorated, cozy and comfortable. Close to all amenities and lots of opportunity for sightseeing. We had a wonderful time.

Our stay was amazing. Jack greeted me when I arrived and took the time to show me everything I needed to know. He also gave me information on places to visit as well. He was so helpful and close by in case we needed anything. His place was very quiet and peaceful!!! We will definitely stay again. All the restaurants and shops are close by which was a plus. Thank you Jack for the great hospitality!!!

The host communicated and responded very quickly on all matters weather it was checking in, what needed to be done while there, and when departing. Most importantly, we arrived at about 10:30pm (22:30) after a long 2 days of travel and really wanted some wine to just chill and relax with before going to bed. When we asked the host about the nearest grocery store to pick up a bottle of wine he told us the name, but we found it had closed, so he "VERY KINDLY" gave us a bottle of his wine for the evening. The location is extremely close to downtown Bluffton where there are many restaurants and shops. We also hit several nearby and not so nearby beaches. We recommend this place to anyone.

Our stay at the carriage house was Amazing. The property is located centrally to wonderful dining and entertainment while just a short drive to the beaches. The property is clean with all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation or getaway. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to unwind in the Low Country of South Carolina. Owners are equally Awesome. You’ll love it!

The apartment is nicely furnished and clean. The owner is onsite and responds quickly to questions. It would be better if there were more open flat spaces to put personal articles and less photo shoot readiness. But, our stay was very short, so it was okay.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Jack met us when we arrived and showed us the apartment. The neighborhood and place were excellent and Jack was more than helpful. The bowl of chocolates and half and half was a nice touch. Jack thought of everything we could possibly need during our stay.

The “bird’s nest” is a cosy and charming place that was a perfect spot after a long day of meetings. The location is ideal with easy access by foot or car to Bluffton’s many fine restaurants, and the suite has everything one needs including a dish of chocolates!
