Super clean, spacious layout, nice rooms and mattresses; nice bathroom. Gift/sundry shop open and available even late or early. Restaurant also open late which allowed us to eat in the evening after we drove in around 7:30 pm.
Restaurant food was below average at best. Really bad.

To far from the Grand Canyon; expected closer proximity.

Air conditioner was not working in one room. TV not working in one room. Train woke us up ALL night. Was not near GrandCanyon! Needed a pickup truck to see the Canyon in 30 minutes. Car drive would take over an hour! Jacuzzi was taped off and we had to clean bugs out of pool with a net ourselves! Would have checked out immediately but we had to pay either way! Very very disappointed in being misled by Booking. Com

Loved the rooms. It was very cozy there. Also loved that hey had a restaurant right inside the place. And the food was friggin amazing!!!
The worst of the worst is and I’m sorry but for what you’re paying a night to stay there. There showers were horrible. I’m talking the worst I’ve ever been for pressure and shower heads. We stayed in room 116. The 1st off the ramp it was handicap accessible. The showers were cool because it was just one big room with a seat up and down for shower but that pressure of the water and shower head was a joke! I big no no when spreading that much money for a room. Everything else was amazing and I do love this place. But just they need to fix that asap!! Not sure if all the rooms are like this but wow our room for shower needs a updgrad badly!!!

Nice and tidy rooms, mostly quiet.
Restaurant was closed for thanksgiving without prior notification. No other dinner opportunities nearby.

The accommodation was comfortable and clean. And the restaurant provided delicious and affordable meal options. A coffee machine and refrigerator were also available in the room.
Unfortunately the lodge is right next to a train line, and is extremely noisy. We didn't get a lot of sleep due to all the noise.

Disappointing place, swimming pool not available. After travelling 300 miles we expected
a simple meal in the restaurant, but they were closing at 8pm... and told us to have our meal in the room with five people. Quite astonishing. Noisy rooms, thin walls and trains running all night long very close by. The service was very bad. Not recommended, not worth the money.

Lodge was clean and room was generally good, although it was odd that there was a bedside lamp on only one side of the bed. So no reading if you slept on the right!
However, trains run directly behind the facility every 15 minutes or so, including all night, with loud train whistles. Hotel provides earplugs, but they are not sufficient to do the job of eliminating the noise.
Dinner was not great, although breakfast was excellent.
