Dissatisfied

Closes to work.

Not clean enough, the tub looks awful, no microwave, no fridge, plenty of roaches. I hope I don't bring them home.

Nice place to stay

From the get-go walking in the lobby the women behind the desk were absolutely great respectable mindful and more than happy to help resolve an issue. I wanted the refrigerator + microwave and I booked the wrong room for these amenities. It was fixed with ease.

The old lady behind the desk she said it's right there and talks about you to other s''e you're not standing there. I think she may be mental. Made me extremely uncomfortable. But every single one of the girls and I think there's one gentleman that's behind the desk are awesome. They definitely make up for the old lady

The man up front was the only good thing there.

Motels were nasty, beds rock solid, meth heads everywhere, ect.

Experience was amazing, looking forward to my next visit

I really liked the staff, everyone was super friendly and very helpful. My room was super clean and everything I wanted and expecting. I accidently order a smoking room and am a non smoker. The front desk team specific Angie, Ricardo and one other gentleman was very friendly and helped me find another room that didn't have any smoke smell in it. I was given a variety of options of what they had avaliable and they were more then happy to fulfill my needs to find an available room that I would enjoy being in for the night..My experience was very good and I am definitely coming back to this location when I need another room in St.Pete.

sometimes it pays to spend a little bit more and stay in a better place.

baby cockroaches and poor working internet. I called the number they gave me but took a day and a half before it was resolved. coffee reg or decaf even the hot water is alway empty and never replenished . I have stayed here before and same problem. no hot water for two days . told the front desk and they knew about it it must have been a problem for a while.

The bed was comfortable and there was a lot of room.

The location is bad. The front desk lady mixed up my room and gave it to some other person. A strange drunk guy tried to follow me into my room.

The hospitality from the staff was very good when I asked the front desk about extending my stay longer they said that I would just have to book it online with you Booking.com and they'll go from there once they saw the reservation on there end

There was a few fights right outside of my room but I was upstairs and the fight argument was downstairs but it was the yelling for me that wasn't pleasant the the language was very offensive

worst place I’ve ever stayed at

Nothing

everything! it was so dirty it had roches. the fridge and the toilet were not working. we couldn’t flush the toilet. the sheets were dirty. it smelled like urine and cigarettes
