Nice located, roaches, claim, solution, overall good experience

Lady at the front desk was very nice. Pretty close to Wekiwa springs.

Upon getting to our room, we saw 3 roaches in 5 min. We went back to the front desk, they apologized and immediately changed us to a better maintained room.. a little bit more modern and clean. We appreciate they gave a solution, but what if the hotel was full? We would have had to sleep in the first room. So.. be aware, experience can be good or bad in this hotel

Tienen que poner en la aplicación que uno tiene que pagar un depósito de 100 dólares por habitación y deberían de aceptar el pago en efectivo aunque sea el de el depósito ya que llevo 5 días a que me devuelvan el dinero y no lo han hecho y eso es incómodo ya que solo en depósitos fueron 300 dólares por tres habitaciones un dinero que no estaba previsto para el viaje y ya regresé de mi viaje y no me lo han devuelto

Good stay for the price.

Great location and price was reasonable.

Alot of "extended" stay people seemed to be there and most had large dogs that seemed to never sleep.

I didn’t have no issues with the noise. But it can use some renovation and the rugs need to change. The place smells bad

Nothing, if I'd known it was for people that were getting help from the government to stay there..I wouldn't have booked it

Exceptional

Loved the room.The room was clean, staff very friendly,, never been to altemonte springs, absolutely loved it. We will definitely come back, and will book here again

Probably won't stay at this chain again. Short staffed and didn't resolve our problem.

Room was clean and large.

Dogs barking in the room below us. It was constant noise from late afternoon through the night. The person on the desk was not able to move us to another room or resolve the issue. Also annoying that there were no cups in the room to have a drink of water. Grab and go breakfast was junk food. No fruit, yogurt, or anything healthy.

This hotel is not worth the stay.

The location was okay for what I needed it for. It was the least expensive hotel in the area. The only thing that was decent were the pillows.

The hotel was nasty. It was dirty. It smelled like urine. The " free breakfast" was only granola and yogurt to go. It was overpriced and it did not deserve a 3 star. The bed was uncomfortable and I feel like I wasted my money on this hotel.

They were extremely short handed, but you never would have known. Staff was visibly stressed and still managed everything in a timely matter. While going above and beyond for all of their guests. The room was clean. It was quiet and a great location!

Don’t think I’ll be going back. Would say you get what you pay for but was overpriced.

Had to go to Walmart and get cleaning supplies. The bathroom was dirty. The room was outdated and smelled moldy. There was mold growing on the window sills. The carpet was also dirty. Surprisingly the sheets were clean.

Room smelled clean. Good AC. Clean sheets.

Pets were allowed, dogs peed everywhere, including the elevator. Halls look scary. SHOWER WATER SMELLED LIKE SEWER. Bathtub floor was gross, wear sandals. Room could use better furniture.

Disappointing

The place was very clean inside the room.

First of all we didn't get the king bed we paid for because they sold out of rooms so we end up in a room with two double beds that was small an a queen. The bath tub didn't work, Shower only!!! No wash clothes' available on weekend when trying to exchange towels. Don't advertise breakfast if you only have granola bars, coffee and tea very sad..........The morning staff women is very rude and short tempered when trying to get problems taken care with their hotel.
