Never again

It’s was very dark and not clean at all I tried not to tell ya but I have to

The room had the nastiness mattress I send them he go give me a partial refund of 40 bucks the room was 115 so I had to pay 85 bucks to stay in a mildew and stained mattress and the sheets were dirty and no blankets for the couch bed smh but the housekeeper was a doll

Terrible! Absolutely disgusting.

The chair in the room was stained very badly. The sink had hair in it. The smoke detector randomly went off even though we weren't smoking.

Will not stay here again.

Right off of the interstate

Not super clean. Lamp stands dusty. Moved nightstand to find outlet and instead found an old water bottle. Obviously things are not being moved to clean. Sink faucet leaked and sprayed water all over the counter. Beds were so soft I woke up with backache.

Would probably stay somewhere else due to location.

Breakfast.

I didn’t feel safe. Location seemed bad. We did not have tv/internet our stay due to an outage. We only stayed one night. The pool was not open, had green water in it.

The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is the staff person who checked us in was very nice and polite.

I was placed in a "smoking" room and the smell of old cigarettes was so strong that I had to purchase air freshner to kill the odor!! I also purchased cleaning supplies (lysol and bathroom cleaner) because the bathroom area was filthy!!! The shower curtain was not cleaned and we couldn't get additional towels because a staff member who was not working had the key to the linen closet!! This was ridiculous so I ended up having to purchase additional towels to accommodate the failure of the hotel to provide enough bath towels!!

Disappointing

Location is good. Right off Rt 65.

The room was dark and damp. The towels were dirty. The furniture was broken.

The attendant on staff was nice.

The rooms are dirty in appearance, the door lock wouldn’t work so the attendant had to let us in the room.

I will never stay there again.

Access to the interstate was perfect. Staff at the front desk was nice.

This place was horrendous. There were roaches in the room. They advertised having a “full breakfast” but the only items available were eggs, waffles, and some cereal.

It was disgusting, the tv didn’t work, there was hairs on the pillows and bathtub, bugs, the vent was moldy, and the workers were so rude. Also, the smell from the room over was so strong in our room when we got up we knew exactly what they had been doing.

Good attempt to renovate the facility, ok price for what we got & cleanliness was key, except mold.

We didn't attend the breakfast. I loved the fact that the flooring had no carpeting, the linens appeared clean and fresh. Upon arrival the front desk personnel was friendly. Upon checkout, another person - equally friendly. Property location was ideal to our visiting sites and right off the freeway. Quiet surroundings.

Toilet paper too cheap, tore easily and clinged to the body. The drains smelled of old moldy water, there was mold along shower backsplash. Missing light bulbs in fixtures, stained footstool and squeaky desk chair. Maid service banged upon the door at 9:30 announcing her arrival. Again at 10:00, 10:30 and 10:45 at which point I informed we had 15 minutes more before we'd be leaving. It was rude of her to wake us and then try to rush us away. Additionally, our room was non smoking but the smoke odor from another room found its' way into ours.

Well worth the value. Clean, safe and great customer service.

The hotel was immaculate. The desk was as friendly as can be and I felt safe. Traveling alone can sometimes be scary, but it was well lit and I felt safe the whole evening.

I would be making up stories if I said anything negative. It was a super nice hotel.

Poorly managed, property needs updating

We were told our room was taken after the front desk has called to ask when we would be there. We were told the only room available was smoking and I specifically asked for non smoking. Suddenly another room became available that was too small for my family size. The air was not working properly and my family and I were hot the entire night and did not get much sleep.
