Emplacement en plein Chelsea et à deux pas du métro et de la high line à pied. Hôtel très calme avec choix de restaurants dans les rues adjacentes . Petit déjeuner copieux. Excellente literie.
Rien tout était parfait aucune mauvaise surprise

On a bien aimé cet hôtel !!! Mais dommage pas de petit déjeuner pour le week-end et seulement la semaine ce qui est indiqué sur booking !!! Par rapport le prix est cher sans petit déjeuner !! Un peu déçu !!!
Manque petit déjeuner pour le week-end !!!

The location is excellent. The price is fair.
The room is bit small but good to go to sleep.

Receptionist are very nice, room was very clean, pretty view of the garden and neighborhood from bedroom window, beds was nicely placed with white sheets. ..near places we wanted to visit. Safe area...lots of nearby restaurants around and very near flatiron, Chelsea market & high line park ...Breakfast was very good, lady and a waiter? was very nice too. Dining room very nicely decorated. They have a chapel inside hotel, mother Teresa stayed at Leo Hotel years years ago during her visit to NYC
Some bathroom fixtures needs replacement, there was a bathtub but you can’t even soak in, unfortunately it didn’t work, however hot water on the shower was good. Nice window view from bathroom too. Reception hall, lobby was nice however they should dress it up more pretty, like nice doilies not paper doilies and some plants 😅 overall it was a nice historic hotel.

Didn't realize there was no breakfast on Sundays, but paid the same price. Just a continental breakfast on Saturday at full price, because they had a Christmas party that afternoon.

10/10 for location - no doubt about that. Location is great as it is in the middle of Chelsea.
7/10 for cleanness - The room was clean, but it is in an old building in NYC, and it is very old and outdated, but this is the best price you can get during December in NYC - I paid 300ish for one night.
2/10 for comfort - I got a single bed, and I haven't seen that for a while when paying over 300 for a night in a hotel.
5/10 for convince - You will need to leave your room keys at the reception when you go out, and you definitely don't want to come back late as the receptionist is working overnight, and they will need to open the door for you which they might be very tired when working night shifts
There's no private bathroom, but overall cleanness is just up to the standard if you share with a whole floor of ppl.

The staff were so friendly and extremely helpful. If you need to store your luggage before check in or after check out, they can do that. The lobby has amazingly comfy couches and was a chill and welcoming space.
The room was honestly quite nice. It was clean and quiet, though they did provide earplugs on the bed! Good pillows, too. I do wish there had been a nightstand but there's not a lot of space. To me, the small room was fine, especially given the common areas.
Overall I would say it felt very home like. The rooms aren't fancy but much of the downstairs is gorgeous old architecture. The free breakfast was offered on Saturday but I didn't have a chance to go.
Really, just the lack of a night stand.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Price.
No breakfast on Saturday or Sunday. No Sunday Mass.

It’s a bit of a hidden gem, absolutely magnificent location, breakfasts are fantastic, staff were super friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable.
Rooms a little small but acceptable. The shower is generally good, however, seemed to scald on occasions when the haps other people turn on cold taps on their sinks.

I have stayed at the Leo House several times and it never disappoints.
The place is not posh but it is always clean and comfortable. It offers good value for the money especially in New York. The breakfast is an added bonus.
A fridge on the common room would be an added bonus.

The breakfast was 10/10, amazing choices for either a savoury or a sweet breakfast. The room was clean, sheets were changed even though we only stayed 4 nights and staff was professional.
The AC got replaced during our stay and we were not informed, therefore we came back in our room with items moved for the replacement and lights were on. Everything was fine but I think it should have been communicated.
8.0
Cleanliness and the location.
Breakfast (I did not expect perfect but it did have a good choice given it's reasonable price)
Overall it's value for money given it;'s central location in Chelsey on Manhattan Island (Note: We got it at a good rate but are aware that at other times it is more costly)
Windows did not open to let fresh air in.
This was prevented due to Aircondition and also street noise would have been to high any way - unless the room is at the back of the building and high up.

Good location in Chelsea area, clean room but old furniture, generous and complimentary breakfast, admirable history and friendly staff.
Less noise from working staff in the hallway, rooms not very sound-proof, clutter of wire connections to the TV

The location!!! Close to everything and yet calmer and nice neighborhood. Nice staff, complimentary breakfast on week days. High Line a few minutes walk away. The Edge view... etc.

well positioned for access to attraction and as a base point.
NOT A SAFE LGBTQIA+ safe space. run by a religious organisation that they did not disclose this at any point on booking.com
gatekeeper system in place to prevent guests having visitors, double security that even if you are a guest you do not have free access to come and go as you please. it was worse than an AirBNB. yes despite their force on “security” they let any person off the street to attend Mass within the same property.
I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone

The hotel's accommodation is great - it is in the city center and so close to the sightseeings that you can easily get to Times Square, Empire State building and even the National park by walking. The subway is also in 100metres, so we used that option when went to see Statue of Liberty, World Trade Center etc. so travelling to all the famous places is very easy. The staff is very nice and friendly, our special appreciation and gratitude go to Norma from the clearing department and Natalia from the reception! We always got advices and recommendations from all the people at the hotel! The breakfast is good and tasty! The garden is very beautiful and it was so relaxing just sit there and enjoy! We loved the hotel very much, if we come back to NY, will accommodate only in Leo House!
We liked everything! We only missed cheese/fruits/vegetables during breakfast (some choices for the vegetarians would be great)!

Clean, comfortable, friendly. Excellent location and fabulous value for money. I loved all the original features of the building. Great breakfast too. What more could you want!

If there was an issue, like, the TV didn’t work, I went to the front desk and they immediately had the maintenance guy come up and he fixed it immediately.
The room was fine for the time that I was there. Nothing fancy, but quiet and just what was needed at the end of long day.s
8.0
Easy to check in; provided luggage storage until we could access room. Friendly staff in housekeeping, front desk and breakfast service. Budget prices for NYC.
Our room was facing 23rd Street and there was a lot of traffic noise. We kept the window open since there was no a/c and we could occasionally smell cigarette or marijuana smoke if someone was smoking on the sidewalk under our room. Shower facilities are dated, but not hard to access even though it was a shared shower for several rooms. The additional bathroom across the hall was bathtub only and should be converted to a shower.

Simple and cozy. Great breakfast.
