Is advertised that they offer “breakfast “ Makes you expect something different and is a little something grab and go but you get to learn that once you are there they should advertise that it’s breakfast is a grab and go.

The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The location near a freeway entrance is ideal. Easy parking.

The room was large and had a couch, lounge chair, and desk chair. There was a laundry facility onsite which was convenient. Our room looked out over a nice grassy area. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was an unpleasant smell in the hallways, probably from the fact that the carpet absorbs all odors. The room itself also didn't smell great. We could hear the people above us walking around, but otherwise it was very quiet and there was no traffic noise from outside.

Wanted more value for my money

It was clean, staff was friendly.

Had to ask for everything. Extra pillow, kitchen equipment, towels even toilet paper. (Although everything was delivered quickly) No exercise room. Breakfast was simple grab and go. A true extended stay facility. Not set up for weekend travelers.

as I was walking to the room, the hallways smell like dog dog was barking the room was really small The bed was broken. people making noise everywhere. The towels smell like oil.

highly recommend for longer stays for pet owners!

exceptionally clean, pet friendly, good location (safe area, near interstate), kind staff, facilities on site (gym, laundry).

bed wasn’t the most comfortable, breakfast very basic (muffins/bars/oatmeal only), Wi-Fi is free but if you want to stream it costs extra

This was not a breakfast at all. They had bakery stuff ad I don't know how old they are. I don't classify hem as breakfast

They didnt change the bedsheets even after request. Their service is the worst, and I am not recommending this hotel

Uncomfortable situation, friendly staff

The front desk staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable. The location was good; it is in a green area only about 15 minutes from our destinations in Hartford.

There was a man who was hanging around out front of the building and by reception, presumably a long term guest (as he did not appear to work there), who made us feel extremely uncomfortable. He asked me if my husband and I were both staying there, though we had already gone through check in with the actual receptionist, who had to ask him to be quiet. He also continually stared at us in passing and made comments under his breath. It made our comfort level plummet from the very minute we arrived and we were honestly nervous about bumping into him for the rest of the stay. Additonally, the first room they gave us smelled horribly of smoke. They were great with quickly assigning a new room, which we appreciated. This one smelled musky, but at least not smoky. The kitchen floor was dirty and did not appear to be swept well.
