What a great spot. The house itself is gorgeous and the staff (+owner) are incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms are perfect and the location is unbeatable. Don't miss breakfast and the wine hour. It's such a wonderful location.

The inn is very cool. very clean and comfortable. Courtney is the hardest working person you’ll ever meet, and the breakfast was exceptional. This will be a reoccurring destination for sure.
The only thing to keep in mind is steep stairs on upper floor for anyone with mobility issues. The views from upper rooms worth the climb.

Location was perfect close to beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Parking was free and easy too. Lovely old building with lots of quirky touches. Our room had the biggest bed I've ever seen and looked out on the sea. Absolutely AMAZING host, nothing was too much trouble and she was very attentive and also gave recommendations of places to visit. Lovely to have a guest lounge to relax, hot drinks and chocolates on offer anytime and a complimentary drinks served in the evening.

Courtney was a wonderful host. She really cared about her guests. It was off-season and I was wondering if she would be able to show this kind of attention and service in full season because I would be exhausted in a week if I did it. We will be back.
I cannot think of anything I did not like--Oh ya the TV cable was confusing and limited, but I can watch TV at home

incredible magical home from home in Provincetown , owner and staff are gorgeous and kind , so attentive and can’t do enough for you. I loved the homely stylish feel and felt cared for and didn’t want to leave ! In fact I came back and left another place I had booked afterwards because it just wasn’t as good. already planning my trip back ! so lovely

Staff are wonderful and the location can’t be beat. Loved the breakfast and the common areas were comfortable and charming.
I was traveling with my mobility impaired mother so these are very specific comments that might not apply to all travelers. Our room was quite small, which made it difficult for my mother to navigate, and the carpet was a very dark color which made it harder for her to walk and find the corners in the room and hallways.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent.

Excellent position, lovely staff when we got there.
Exchange rate to dollar made it very expensive..but that was unfortunate.
En suite was so small couldn't put toilet bag down anywhere except toilet which was bit unhygienic..

Somerset House and its host, Courtney, were outstanding! My girlfriend and I stayed here for a weekend and can't wait to come back. The house was historic Hollywood chic and Courtney was very welcoming, even showing us up to our room upon arrival. She provided beach towels and can recommend any activities one could possibly get into in P-Town. Breakfast is complimentary in the mornings from 8:30 to 10:30 and she sure can cook! Make sure you're there on a Saturday morning so you can try her lemon ricotta pancakes. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a low-key but classy, clean and comfortable bed & breakfast in P-Town.
We didn't like how short our stay was ;)

This place was so cute, well maintained, and the hostess was so kind, courteous, and went the extra mile for anything we needed! Daily breakfast was served and happy hour wine/beer tastings at no extra charge! Would definitely stay here again.

First and foremost, I loved the staff at Somerset House. They were very friendly and very helpful. Also the breakfasts were delicious and different every day.
The property needs a major facelift. It looks very worn and tired.

great outdoor patio and deck seating. Perfect for people watching. Really could use an umbrella for shade.
I was in room 6 which would have been good, except the toilet flush handle was broken and I had to keep putting my hand in tank to manually flush and the bathroom was designed in a very dumb way. small changes would have improved it. The mattress was very uncomfortable also. when I told the kid at the front desk about the toilet, he couldn’t have cared less which for $300+ a night, I think he should have cared.

We had a wonderful experience at the Somerset House Inn. The location of the Inn is excellent, near the ferry terminal and the center of the town. Courtney was a fantastic host! she prepared a different breakfast every morning and all of them were delicious! the Inn also offers a happy hour where guests are offered beer or wine in the evening. This was a great opportunity to relax and meet other guests. We definitely recommend staying here and will come back on future trips to the Cape.
