It was awesome!

I found the staff friendly and helpful. I was happy to have a safe place to park.

I wish there was more breakfast options available or maybe a way I could order breakfast with staff the day before but I really have no complaints.

proximity to main commercial street parking and free breakfast

we were on the top floor with two long flights of stairs-owners brought our baggage up but neither of us had an easy time on the stairs. weren’t told at booking

The property was in an excellent location. It was very well priced. The staff was extremely friendly. Free parking on premises is a big plus. the bed was comfortable.

The common spaces were very nice but underutilized .

Superb

Just right and very cozy. Staff was on top of everything and checked in with me each morning I came down for breakfast to make sure all was well. Location is walkable distance from everything I wanted to go to. Would return again to stay.

It is a cozy, cute spot and overall I enjoyed myself.

Guaranteed parking, location was prime, my room had a balcony.

Parking space was wicked tight, and stairs were creaky so I felt awful using them at night.

Very friendly and helpful staff, I would definitely recommend this place.

Very quaint. The continental breakfast was very nice, warm muffins, fresh coffee and juice, great way to start the day.

Exceptional

This is the historical Cape Cod and with that in mind you have to know your expectations. This is not a place to expect Ritz Carlton or facilities that edge on modern. It's a historical city and so the town reflects exactly that, historic charm. With that being said every day spent here was wonderful. The Watership Inn itself while maintained its dated but then again that's it's beauty and charm. We met Rick and Dave and both were welcoming and friendly. Each morning Dave made fresh muffins that filled the lobby with a wonderful breakfast smell. Breakfast is while on the simple side it was good and suficient. The coffee was good as well. Want more then that?... then venture just a few steps down the street and you can have your pick of whatever you're in the mood for from food to shopping of souvenirs and art galleries...all of them in an abundant number. Of course it's a historical places so museums and landmarks are a given. Conclusion: Watership Inn...great rates, friendly staff, continental breakfast, charming and great location. Cape cod: interesting, charming, historical and a wide selection of good food at well rated restaurants or lounges to just chill with a martini while admiring the waterfront. A second trip to cape Cod is definitely on the books.

Other than the late “free breakfast” the place was good.

We never had breakfast. It wasn’t served until after 09:00. Most of the guests were looking for coffee and something to eat around 07:00. They offered a free breakfast with the room.

Have coffee and something to eat around 06:30.

this property was so central to the town that we never had to walk further than a few blocks to where we wanted to go!

Superb

Good for short stay. Nice for price. Room condition was fine. Staffs are friendly. Plain American breakfast is provided. The only downside is that you can't see the sea directly in your room.

Muffins and juice isn't breakfest, location was fine

Carpets need deep cleaning bad! Bed needs replacing frame as well as matress, . advertised breakfest very little to pick from. over all not up to our standards by far. Location was about the only plus to our stay,

The property, staff and location are lovely and I would stay again.

Location was amazing and the main reason we selected this property. Breakfast options were limited, but good. Breakfast starts at 9, which is late for me and no coffee was available prior to 9 AM. That was a disappointment for me.

Coffee available early, more breakfast options.
