The location was PERFECT for viting there west entrance to Glacier NP. The entrance to the property is so close that we drove past it twice! We liked having individual air conditioners in each bedroom because that allowed each part of our group to adjust the temperature to meet their needs.
The equipment shop is so well stocked that it was like shopping at a small REI!

I suggest adding some hooks to the walls/door of the bathroom to hang towels or clothing

Extremely close to Glacier NP west entrance. Big kitchen and area to hang out. Clean rooms, was nice to have our own cabin after the park. Beautiful scenery, staff was nice!

Nice scenery
Signage was very poor. No indication where to check in. Had to ask a raft employee for instructions. Stayed in lodge portion. No sign indicating which building was the lodge. Potholes in dirt road to lodge. No breakfast, just a coffee machine. Soon as I checked in, they charged my credit card $250 extra dollars in case we break anything. Supposedly it will be credited back after they inspect the room.

Great location, comfortable beds. Very attentive and friendly staff. It is set on a hill, away from the highway. Can drive to Lake McDonald and Going to the Sun road quickly.
Can hear train go by, and it uses the loud horn several times. Lighting in the room needs a dimmer switch.

The staff was excellent and very accommodating, friending, we moved from a lodge room to a cabin and they made that transaction very easy. I would recommend Glacier Outdoor Center.
Was not clear between the lodge and cabin amenities so that was a little confusing. Needs to be a little clearer when booking.

Staff was fantastic, check in was a breeze and the cabin was absolutely wonderful! WAY bigger than I expected, super roomy and very comfortable. Perfect spot just outside the West Entrance to Glacier (3 minutes if I remember correctly). Temp control in both bedrooms and bathrooms was fantastic as well. Not sure what kind of magic sheets they had on the beds, but I want some for my house now! And the location was beautiful as well with the trout ponds that you can fish in (catch and release only!) 1000% will be back again to stay, I highly recommend the GOC!
The one thing that would have made the stay better, (and it's a tiny tiny thing) would have been nice to be able to log in to my streaming services (Netflix etc) since the cable channels were somewhat limited. Maybe smart tvs would be a nice addition? But seriously, this would not stop me from coming back. Absolutely loved the place!

So close to the entrance of the park, right off the highway, yet still peaceful and scenic!
Nothing really, it was great! We maybe could’ve used some sponges/scrub brushes rather than a dish rag to do dishes, but that was about it!

Bumpy gravel road. Somebody ought to grade this more often.

The two bedroom cabin was great for my husband, myself and our 2 adult daughters. It had a bed and bath on both floors. Facilities were so clean, stocked with supplies, great view from the balcony and cozy! The staff was very friendly and so helpful- we were able to book rafting trips within the facility and that was very convenient! We will definitely be back!
Two of the heaters didn’t work, but there were plenty of blankets :)

There is an entire complex of lodging here - cabins and a lodge. We stayed at the lodge, which has only a few rooms, all with outside entrances. There is a lovely common area with coffee maker, fridge, microwave, etc. it was very quiet and peaceful. I’d definitely stay there again!
Nothing at all.
