Location is good but hotel room was noisy.

Чудове розташування, поряд метро, й можна дістатись в будь-яку точку Нью Йорку. Поряд Емпайр-Стейт-Білдінг. Дуже привітний персонал. Супер зручне ліжко. Гарне прибирання. В номері є все необхідне, і кавоварка, і мікрохвильова піч, і холодильник, і сейф для ноутбука.

Готель старенький. Проблеми з вентиляцією - вона дуже шумна. Щодня одноманітні сніданки :( хотілось би більшого різноманіття та змін в меню.

Fantastico per la posizione

Posizione strategica vicinissimo alla metro ma anche ad attrazioni raggiungibili a piedi. Zona piena di ristoranti per cene e colazioni per tutte le tasche e i gusti. Bello il bar a piano terra per bere qualcosa dopo cena se non si ha voglia di uscire.

Non ci é piaciuta per niente la colazione, costosa e non soddisfacente ma in compenso intorno ci sono posti dove poterla fare.

Struttura vecchia e molto rumorosa

Buona la posizione, vicinissima alla metro 6 e all'Empire State Building

Stanza molto piccola, in quattro era al limite della sopravvivenza. Struttura vecchia compreso il mobilio. Completa assenza di stoviglie o comunque il minimo indispensabile per l'utilizzo del microonde... Mai acceso, quindi non so neanche se funzionasse. Finestra che non chiude correttamente, al terzo piano oltre al freddo, si sentivano tutti i rumori della strada. Il sabato è impossibile dormire a causa della musica da discoteca assordante!!! Mai capitata una cosa del genere!!! L' ultimo giorno abbiamo dovuto pagare per lasciare le valigie, sono gratuite solo due valigie a stanza... Peccato che questa informazione non fosse scritta da nessuna parte. Pulizia discreta. Camera pochissimo illuminata

Hotel was fine but not restaurant.

Breakfast was not edible. Prepared food was luke warm at best. I had to order an omelette to get hot food. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and home fries were almost cold. Very disappointing.

The location was great. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was a little less clean than I’d have expected. The coffee maker didn’t work, but was replaced immediately after reporting it.

Boa estadia!

A localização era muito boa. Próximo ao metrô e diversos pontos de interesse. A equipe do hotel foi muito prestativa e ter um microondas no quarto ajudou muito. Tivemos que trocar de quarto, pois o ar condicionado parou de funcionar de repente. Mas os funcionários prontamente nos arrumaram um quarto disponível ao lado do nosso. Assim, a mudança foi tranquila.

Certamente tinham bed bugs no quarto. Acordei com diversas picadas no braço. Não mudamos de quarto, pois teríamos mais uma noite apenas. Mas o staff do hotel necessita dedetizar urgentemente as instalações.

Très agréable

Très bon emplacement. Très pratique le micro-ondes dans la chambre ;-) Propreté irréprochable.

Cafetière qui ne fonctionne pas bien et 2 gobelets pour une chambre de 4 ! Cout supplémentaire à prévoir pour garder les bagages plus d'1 heure (12$)

L'emplacement idéalement pour toutes les commodités et pour la visite.

Pas beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner. Et surtout prix très excessif au sujet de petit service, tel qu'un adaptateur de prise à 15$ ( première fois que je paye pour se service)et surtout 6$ pour garder les valises le jour du départ !

Parfait!

L emplacement est parfait, bouche de metro au pied de l hôtel et les autres assez proches. Le petit déjeuner est très complet et copieux. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. Chambre très propre et confortable.

Alright, but needs more tending.

The hotel has a great location, just 1 1/2 blocks from the Empire State Building and very close to 5th Ave, Broadway and Times Square. TV worked fine. Rooms in general are modern and nice.

Room service was a bit odd. Some days they only cleaned parts of the room. For example they made only one of the beds. The other day they only cleaned the bathroom. They did not fill up the coffee for the coffee machine. The coffee machine only works with paper cups of the hotel, which is not explained plus isn’t good to protect the environment. The rooms are fairly small, but that’s normal, as it’s New York City. Coffee and hot water are available from 6 - 10 am, unfortunately not throughout the whole day. Toilet roll holder was loose, thus toilet roll rolled off, when in use. No lock for bathroom door. Lock of the door to the room didn’t close properly, unless pushed hard. Rooms are very dark. The light wasn’t very bright. The bathroom light in the mirror wasn’t bright enough to see your face up close properly (e.g. for shaving).

Segítőkész személyzet; kényelmes ágyak; tisztaság, rend. Kellemes sétával elérhető több nevezetesség is, nem szükséges tömegközlekedés, sem taxi. A közelben boltok, kávézók, éttermek nagy kínálatban.

Great hotel, great staff and great location.

Beds were comfortable, room was spacious enough for the 2 of us. Staff at reception were helpful and friendly especially Tia. Location was perfect for our stay

Maximal für 2 Tage ist ok

Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und lecker. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Die Lage ist auch super zentral. Viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe.

Es war sehr kalt im Zimmer. Die Heizung, wenn die an war, war sehr laut. Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Die Schiebetür zum Bad hat gewackelt. Sehr bescheidene Schalisolierung. Kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer.

Perfect location, friendly employees, nice hotel to explore the city

Very friendly reception, loved the free coffee and tea in the morning and that the team made a move to a higher room with better view possible. It was very clean and comfy and perfect location to explore New York on foot.

The room is small and a bit dark, but this is normal due to the high rise buildings in NY. A few machines in the gym were broken, but I saw some people fixing one as well.

Üst katlardan ve ön cephe manzaralı rezervasyon detayı istememe rağmen 3. (Alt) kattan ve arka cepheye çöplük gibi bir yere bakan oda verildi! Odadaki klima çok gürültülü çalıştığından uyutmadı. Klimayı kapatarak uyudum ve oda çok soğuk oldu. Berbat bir otel. Fiyatını haketmiyor. Odada bir su bile yoktu!

Fair to midland

The location is ideal for exploring midtown Manhattan. The front desk was welcoming and supportive.

The rooms are tiny - basically just room for two queen beds and that’s about it. Eating in the room meant sitting on the beds.

Muy bien situado, pero impersonal.

La ubicación, es excelente. En mitad de Manhattan, genial para ir a cualquier parte de la isla.

El personal no es nada amable, y las habitaciones tienen mucho ruido de la máquina de calefacción. Por lo demás es genial, pero esos dos aspectos son importantes.

Great stay

The location was great. It was very affordable for the nights we stayed and the bed was one of the comfiest I have slept in at a hotel. The front desk staff and security guards were so welcoming and kind when interacted with my children.

The room was a bit small but thats like most hotels in the city.

Had an overall great time !!!

Our stay was a very good one. The staff was courteous, and very professional. The facility was very clean and kept up. The location was great for us not too far away from Time Square especially for us being from out of town was great to be able to walk around and see different sites, everything was in walking distance from the Hotel. Had a Great time would definitely go again !!!

The charge fee for car staying parked every night in the parking garage.

Nice place in NYC doubt I would stay again.

The room was clean and I liked being on the 15th floor away from the sirens and incessant honking. Very limited TV channels, but not a worry for me because I was in town to see the sites, not watch TV. Staff was friendly for the most part, one semi-rude lady at front desk...seemed like she just didn't like her job. Others were highly friendly. Bed was good and I slept well. Didn't use housekeeping while there, but like I said my room was clean when I arrived so they must be doing a good job. It was a nice place to stay, but when I return to NYC again I will look at other hotels before booking this Hilton again. It really falls short of the multiple Hiltons I have stayed at and appears that Hilton has succumbed to the NYC price gouging while removing benefits (breakfast, gym, spa, room service, etc).

I didn't get breakfast because this Hilton does not offer it anymore, even though it says it does (and it is included as a part of this survey). They offered $10 vouchers at the connecting restaurant, but only for Gold members and higher...again not mentioned when I booked. If you have ever been to NYC, $10 will get you a small cup of coffee so it was basically worthless anyway. Shower had ample hot water, but was designed with a huge flaw. You have to be in the shower to turn it on...this means getting hit with cold water for the first 30 seconds...not a good design. Also no need to have self closing bathroom doors....very annoying, especially when you need the light from the entryway so you can see in the dimly lit bathroom.

Super emplacement, personnel au top je recommande

Le staff est exceptionnel et mention spéciale au restaurant où nous avons pris le petit déjeuner, toujours en mot sympa le petit déjeuner est bien vous pouvez y aller. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait et permet de faire énormément de choses à pieds et le métro est juste à côté
