A bit far from town and beaches but not bad

Good location
We felt stranded out in a remote building. No towels or pool attendant. Check in was done by a trainee who keyed in wrong departure date. Had to wait to get access to the room the second night.

Spacious room. Nice common parts.
Front of house staff on check in utterly hopeless and seemed demotivated. Expensive and not good value for money.

We love this place. Maybe a better restaurant.

We loved everything about our stay! The suite was well appointed, modern, clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything you would need to prepare a meal. They even provided dishwasher tablets, washing liquid and washing powder for the washing machine which was really thoughtful. The pool is great for adults and kids! The Queens marketplace nearby has a grocery store and foodcourt. Would definitely recommend having a car to get around. Parking is free.

The property is always great very kid friendly.
Our check in was suppose to be at 4:00 pm our room wasn’t ready until almost 5:30 pm. That was very disappointing. They did comp us $50 for the bistro and we got a late check out of 12:00 pm.

The pools are amazing. Our kids have great fun there
price is bit expensive, but it's still worthwhile the stay

The main pool is so much fun for the kids. They love the little sand area and the small slide. The rooms are so spacious and comfortable. I loved the bed and the amount of pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. It was Memorial Day during our stay and there was such cute activities for the kids!
During our stay there were a lot of older kids rough housing around the kiddie pool area and going the wrong way up the slide and with no staff nearby to stop them. The staff on top of the big slide tried scolding them but it didn't deter them. My youngest slammed into one of them on the way down and was crying. Only downside to the room was the amount of little cockroaches that came out at night, but we are in Hawaii and bugs are just a normal part of life here.

Staff was very friendly. Also loved the variety of amenities on site, including grocery, restaurants, shops and movie theatre. The pools were plentiful and very nice.
It's a bit of a drive from the town of Kailua-Kona and the airport, which I didn't realize.

Location great, around 30 mins from Kona Airport. Excellent pools and facilities and able to use the Hilton lagoon and facilities. Staff were lovely.
Cold over priced burgers. Staff shortages can’t be helped.

The suite was nice and spacious. The swimming pools were great. The golf course view is nice, with views of the mountains too.
The beds were comfortable, but small. This property is not within walking distance of the beach, and the other Hilton property is also pretty far away.

Wonderful amenities & easy for families with kids.

Lots of amenities, nice kitchen, washer and dryer in the room. We had a nice view of the golf course.
Expensive with extra fees tacked on but that is typical Hawaii. Also could hear people walking above us.

Pro:
* Huge apartment with all needed kitchen equipment.
* Great pool, specially the kids area was fantastic. Even for our 13 month old daughter the sandy area was superb.
Con:
* Absolutely no ingredients that you need for cooking (ie salt, pepper, oil, etc) available in the apartment. So you have to buy everything in partly large bottles for a stay of only some days, which means quite some left over at departure.
* Due to the remote location, which is great for relaxing and enjoying of the vacation, there is ie no super market nearby. You need to have a car (which we luckily had), but without it will be really hard. Also due to limited (and expensive) F&B options at King's Land you have to take the car to get ie good coffee for breakfast.

Had a problem with our sir conditioner the last day/night. The in-house maintenance man was fully trained in HVAC repair. Spent an hour fixing it, but the unit failed a few hours later. The next day the manager personally apologized and refunded us one night’s stay plus our resort fee…A very equitable reimbursement. He and his staff did allthey could given the situation. I left feeling very satisfied. I commend all who were involved. We look forward to returning with our entire family and recommending the resort to our friends.
