Really enjoyed our stay for two nights..would definitely return.

Visited during winter/quiet time..great location, totally clean and comfortable room in the mid-range.

TV in closet with doors that block movement in the room when open. Not a game changer, but a little weird.

We liked being close to the start of the Pt. Pleasant boardwalk.

Upon arrival, I asked for an oceanfront room. The clerk was adamant that as I had not requested one at booking, none was available. We noted only 3 other cars so this facility was far from crowded. We were in a building behind another so oceanfront views were a bit limited! The toilet in our room was uncomfortably low and the room overall needed a remodel of all and the stains on the ceiling were a disappointment. For well over $300 for 2 days, NOT a reasonable rate or value and I doubt we will be returning based on all of this!

The hotel was right on the beach, but it was October & we did not use

Room could have had some updates. The bathroom tiles were coming off & missing. It was quaint & charming, but needed a little tender loving care

Just Okay if you only want a place to shower & sleep

The motel is in a good location if you are visiting the area and wish to stay near the beach and/or boardwalk. I had a room that was ocean-front, so I was able to sit on the balcony and watch a beautiful sunset and sun rise. The check-in was swift and efficient. The staff was very nice and helpful to me and my family. During check-out process I was offered a nice hot cup of coffee since I could not heat mine up.

We parked the car, began heading to the room & the first thing we saw was a dead rodent (mouse) at the bottom of the stairway. This definitely made me and my husband nervous especially when we realized our son also saw it. The motel and its' rooms are dated! I have not used a key to open a door in many, many years. The furniture, window blinds and decor are all outdated. It took awhile for the heating system to work and it still did not quite heat up and there are NO microwaves in the rooms!! We had no way of heating up our food. I have never stayed at a hotel, motel, inn, etc. that did not have a microwave.

Pleasant but the carpet was a real turn off.

Very good.

Room could use some updating. We found the carpeting to be pretty gross and smelly and thought that ceramic or some faux wood plank flooring that could be sanitized would be a tremendous plus, even if nothing else changed.

Great motel -- would recommend it for cleanliness and location

Great location right on the beach and the room was VERY CLEAN

Include a coffee maker in the room; directions to the ice machine were vague. Would have appreciated local notes, especially since it was 'off season' and a number of locations were closed

Was ok but probably won’t stay there again.

No vending machines. TV wasn’t so great. The shower was difficult to use. Shower head not really adjustable. No coffee pot or microwave in room.

Perfect place to go to relax on a private beach just steps away

The location was perfect! Just steps away from the private beach, which was more what we wanted rather than a public beach. The room was extremely clean, although not a huge room, it was comfy and perfect for my wife and I. The staff was very friendly.

I wish there was a microwave in the room

Pleasant and relaxing

Beach is a few steps away, so I walked to beach in the morning to watch sunrise. The staffs were very nice and friendly. I was greeted warmly every time i went to the office to pick up towels and wrist bands for beach pass. Many good restaurants are just 10~15mins drive away.

The guests next door stayed up late chatting and smoking outside in front at night. We had to open the windows to get ride of the smell. There should be rule to prohibit smoking right in front of the property.

Won't be going there again!

The staff was very nice and meant our needs.

Room to small no microwave and no coffee in room. They said other buildings had microwave and coffee pots! Guess we were in the slum part! Beach very Shelly!

Proximity to the beach. Beach pass included. Very friendly staff. Rooms were simple but very cute and suiting for a beach motel. Perfect place for a weekend getaway at the beach.
