Satisfying, but too short of a stay to enjoy the amenities of the hotel and Casino.

Familiar faces of staff that have been employed here at this hotel and Casino for years since I’ve been patronizing the facility. Thank you for keeping them employed.

Staff thinking you were just the average patron, I’m sure you get some undesirable patrons, but I go the extra mile to be courteous and kind, and just would like to be reciprocated too and shown appreciation for my efforts.

safe and clean, but not suited for a stay longer than a day

the gym is always empty, casino is attached, and the parking is free . the bathtub was great and the security is amazing!

there is no microwave and the mini fridge only turned on for a few minutes every couple hours.

It was pleasant.

The rooms were very nice. Clean upon arrival.

I don't like the fact that you are not cleaning rooms daily. I know that you state it is COVID protocol. COVID has now been around for 2 years. I understand the protection but we have to learn how to work with guidelines of the CDC. You clean the rooms when we check out so use those same guidelines.

Lovely room, but isolated location in industrial center.

The room itself was great. Comfortable beds and a soaking tub were appreciated.

We stopped here because the internet said it had beach access. This was not true. You needed to drive over to the beach because there want even a side walk. If you are into casinos, this may be a good stay for you. The location is very isolated, with no restaurants nearby. The cost was very high for not including a breakfast.

Comfortable bed, but that's about it.

I appreciated being able to smoke in the room, which is rare to find these days and was helpful being up on such a high floor. I liked that it was right on Lake Michigan, and the bed was comfortable.

I feel it was overpriced for the lack of service (no room service, had to go to desk for everything), especially being charged for amenities that were not working and were overall limited.

phenomenal staff; wonderful hotel room

the staff was phenomenal! everyone was friendly and happy. the room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable

It was an unpleasant experience.

The building wreaked of Marijuana. The guests were loud and playing loud music and smoking weed at 2:00 AM. Security had to be called multiple times to our floor.
