Beds were comfortable
Checked in around 9:00pm with husband and 4 year old and infant. Went to our room, had a nice size suite with king bed and sofa sleeper, plenty of room. We went to turn TV on it didn’t work, called front desk. They came up and tried to fix it, no luck so they call a customer service line and spent over 30 minutes trying to fix it. Finally it is after 10:00 and I said can you just give us another room? He acted like if I have too, he treated us like we broke the tv. So he did assign us a new room, but it was much smaller and not very nice. The room was very hot and the ac did not work very good, made all kinds of noises. For the price we paid it was way too much for the room and bad customer service. We will never stay here again.

Location of hotel is very nice along with having kitchenette makes staying with family nice.
My preferences were not followed. Should have been high floor near elevator. Instead bottom floor furthest most point away from elevator/lobby.

Staff was very nice and welcoming. The staff in the mornings for breakfast were exceptional. Clean and convenient location.

It was dirty, and they were overbooked and try to deny me checking into my room 
The sofa and chairs in the living area were filthy and torn up. They looked like some thing you would see on the side of a curb and bulky pick up day. The trash had not been emptied under the sink in my room, and one of the beds did not have any pillowcases on it

The suite was clean and very spacious! The staff was extremely helpful and even let us check in early!

Breakfast was good. Location is ok.
The room I was given had a damaged bath tub. Some of the railing was falling off & there was visible water damage to the wall near the bathtub. There was orange mold on the shower curtain. They offered to send maintenance to my room the next day to fix things. And, they offered to allow me to switch rooms. I was not feeling well after the ice storm so I stayed in the room all weekend. I just decided not to take a bath.

Modern still new apartment with all amenities included including full kitchen and nice quiet are set back from freeway for noise noise to be an issue, great breakfast with hot and cold options and very secure well lit parking lot.
Smokers left burning cigarettes in front of door area (at least four from the same offender) staff seemed not bothered or ignored it and kitchen was lacking enough utensils missing items - a let down for such a modern facility

Bathroom was odd for me. Have some phyical problems. There was no fan in the bathroom to detract steam

The location and free breakfast were great and staff was helpful and pleasant.
Stove was in poor condition, some burners would heat and lay flat. Chair and ottoman were stained and torn. Shampoo dispenser was empty.
