I will never stay here again!

Ocean view was nice, pool was well maintained and area was clean.

So many things, we came in day entire island lost power, there was no boardwalk either until Sunday when we were leaving had to check in in the 95 degree heat, when no AC, lights, No food anywhere because everything was shut down, so told manager was asthmatic and cannot breathe in the heat and humidity so we would have to leave wildwood area until power came back. He was unapologetic or sympathetic at all. I told him I would be reaching out to find out when power came back, I called several times and left a message, I emailed begging someone to let us know if power was back, well no one ever did ! So we came back around 2am to find there was no parking spot for us in the lot all street parking was pay meters so called emergency number on the door and went straight to voicemail, so I left a not so nice message and we had no choice but to park in front of the office where the yellow painted lines were and my husband went down there in the morning to have a chat with the manager, he didn’t seem to care and just said it happens a lot when other people have guests! Our contract says 1 spot per unit is guaranteed . The power was on when we came back, however the manager lied saying it came back in at 4pm and truth is it was in more like 7:30-8pm. We lost an entire day of our 2 day stay. No one bothered to call us back at all! No parking, uncaring manager and the ocean view room was not worth the almost 600.00 we had to shell out for it! The rooms floor was filthy, my feet were black I had to wear flip flops in the room, the handle or closet was broken, the over counter microwave had power but didn’t cook anything, they had another microwave in underneath cabinet we had to take up and plug in! We went to beach on Saturday all day came back to shower to find no water coming out of bathroom faucet when you turn handles and handle was about to fall off. I have video showing this.

Very good

We loved the pool especially my 3 kids! The walk to the beach was short and easy! The rooms were big and had everything we needed

The TV in the bedroom area didn't work , which sucked but we worked around it

Location, pool, quite and reasonable.

Fantastic room with beautiful pool right on the ocean.

Location was great, the room was large and clean, pool was beautiful!

People smoking on the balconies. Also, it took us a while to figure out how to turn on the tv. Turns out it wasn’t plugged in! Our fault for not noticing this, but after a long day of traveling and in the sun we didn’t expect to move furniture to troubleshoot the tv at 11pm. Suggest to plug in the tv before guests check in.

Overall great place for a Wildwood visit.

Perfect location at the quieter end of the crest. Smaller room but very clean

The only negative thing I could say was that there is only one way to get to the upper deck and that is through the pool gates. They are locked when the pool is closed so you can not access it. I wanted to go up with a glass of wine at night or my morning coffee and could not

if location is what you want this is it, but have plans to be out of the room at all times.

location was fantastic, glad to have 1 parking space but it was not enforced and hard to find one. enjoyed the pool and rinse off station. truly the location was why we chose this place and it was certainly nice!

the motel had us move rooms in the middle of our stay because they had overbooked, no big deal but the second room we stayed in was the same “layout” one bedroom room and it was substantially nicer than the first. the photos online are not accurate, the rooms look decent size in them - they are TINY (the one bedroom). there was no where to really “hangout” in the rooms as the pullout was only a small two seater rock hard couch, no coffee table, and very small dining space. so this is not a place to stay unless you are on the go and have plans your entire trip. the only window in the motel was the one facing the parking lot which is fine, but there were no mini blinds so it was full sun and view (we were on the first floor) and zero privacy, or complete darkness inside. the lights in the motel did not brighten the room. the door barely locked, only the small door knob lock and a barely locking dead bolt - no chain. didn’t feel safe at night. we really wanted to like it more, we really did. but this wasn’t for us. best for two adults and no kids I suppose.

Can’t wait to return!

The prooerty’s beach access is perfect. Walk straight onto the beach! And, the beach is huge! I called ahead to let them know we would be arriving late, and they assigned us a room on the spot and left the door unlocked so we didn’t have to fool with check-in late at night. Wildwoods is charming. It was refreshing to be in a beach town that wasn’t full of high-rise hotels and condos. We took our young kids to the boardwalk for a late dinner. We were impressed by the behavior of the teens and young adults who were hanging out there. We didn’t hear cursing or observe any inappropriate behavior. Everyone was just having good, clean fun. Cape May has an entirely different vibe than Wildwoods and is a short drive away. We enjoyed spending time in both communities.

(Very) small complaint: The posted TV channel guide in the room was sponsored by a local pizza place. It advertised a dine-in deal, but the restaurant refused to honor the deal when we arrived.

Location is great. beachfront and no boardwalk to block the view. It’s obvious that the staff and ownership care about the condition of the facility and their guests.

Had a wonderful mini vacation

Location and view from the balcony was lovely. Pool was great and the kids loved the slide! Unlike most motels in the area, there was daily maid service without having to ask, along with reasonable check in & check out times. It's a little diamond in the rough amongst a much of bigger hotels/condos. Management was very friendly and personable. Will definitely be back again.

The only minor con was there wasn't enough pillows. Fortunately I had 2 sitting in my SUV from my recent camping trip, so we made do. Everything else was great, so really no complaints here.

We stayed in a standard room. I liked that the property was right on the beach. The property is an older hotel but very nice and also clean. It has a nice pool and an upper deck with grills if you want to cook out. Staff were friendly. There are no irons or hair dryers in the room but I brought my own iron and I asked at the office for a hair dryer and they had a new one for us to use. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this hotel to others.

The only thing I could say is that it would be nice to have a few more parking spaces designated for trucks because it was sometimes hard to find parking when their parking lot was full with just one or two spots open and I have a big truck to fit in. However the staff helped us the first day we were there and the rest of the week worked out. It was just a tight squeeze. There was nothing negative to say about the property.

Very good

We had a nice short getaway to Wildwood Crest. The staff was friendly and the facilities were well maintained and clean! We stayed in a room that was large and spacious. The pool was clean and the water was the perfect temperature!

The beds in our room was very hard which we slept on one night and turned and tossed all night. We had to all move into the living room to sleep because the beds were so uncomfortable. This unfortunately would be a deal-breaker for me in the future.

Ants in the room, beds are very uncomfortable and creek, pillows are very thin.
