Looking for other options for next time, but I won't say we will never come back just yet.

We always love the proximity of the hotel being close by the places that we need to get to. The staff is always friendly and mostly helpful, although slow to respond during the night shift when you need any additional items.

The king bed in room 416 was horrible. The mattress was folding up as soon as you sat down. It seemed like mattress that would be on the sofa bed. It was the worst 2 day stay we have ever had & we have stayed here often.

Terrible sound isolation, couldn't sleep for a week, below average breakfast.

Very big room, basically an apartment. Literally the only positive thing.

Sound isolation is terrible and the hotel is very close to an highway bridge, meaning you will be hearing ALL the other guests and the carts, all night. Very low quality breakfast, some of the staff was very unpolite.

Great place to stay when visiting Worcester for a concert

Large room with a kitchen, but it didn't have a bad smell like some places with kitchenettes have. Comfortable bed.

The mattress on the pullout bed was very thin and not comfortable.

NOISY

The hotel itself was nice and seemed newer. There is parking on site.

The walls are paper thin. I could hear every time my upstairs neighbor would shower or use the bathroom. There was banging on the walls/ceilings all night. There was a connecting door to my room which was locked but had a huge gap underneath the door. Also the breakfast was not good.

Our stay was perfect and we will definitely be back again!

We LOVED everything about this property! Literally everything. The staff was so helpful, polite and patient, the rooms were clean, comfortable and had anything we could have possibly needed, complimentary breakfast was delicious, I could go on. This place truly is the best in the area and we will definitely be staying there again!

The room view and quietness. Close proximity to the college. Staff extremely helpful and polite all the time.

Not enough wash clothes for several showers daily for 3 ppl in a room and no extra blankets.

It is a very attractive facility from the outside. Parking is ample and well-lit. The room was very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable.

Spacious apartment room in Worcester

Spacious rooms, have more than needed. It is an apartment, not just a room - has a small kitchen and a ridiculously big fridge. The breakfast is ok, don't expect anything fancy. There were a lot of amenities (pool, gym, computers), but we didn't use them.

Breakfast could have been a bit more interesting. The coffee was not very good. The room view was dull (although we didn't expect anything due to the location).

Great location and a fresh, clean, newer hotel, just wish they’d improve the coffee.

Coffee (yuck, both in room and downstairs), pillows, inability to direct AC vent, tiny mugs, glasses, dishes in kitchenette, trash can liners not fully lining the bins, making it impossible to put much in them.

I really liked it here: very clean, quiet, with a friendly, unobtrusive staff.

The breakfast was fairly basic, but satisfying.

The desk chair in my room was not adjustable.

The facility of the room is quite lovely, and the people at the front desk provide useful information for me, who had not been to Boston before.

one recommend for the hotel is that some chanes for the breakfast will be good when some people stay longer at the hotel.

Very clean and spacious room. It accommodated our needs perfectly.

When we got there 30 min early, we were not allowed to check in early and the woman at the front was very rude about it.
