I was there, visiting U of A, it was a little further than I wanted to be, but I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is close to restaurants. It was clean. It has a cute pool area.

Hip bars near by are noisy till 2am Parking expensive use MLK garage close and cheap

We came to move our daughter in to college. The room size was sufficient to hold all her stuff and still not be overwhel

Convenient location to the university and walking to restaurants and bars.

The parking key pass never worked, so you had to call for service every time you come back or leave. There is not real closet or drawers to put your things. There are also minimal electrical outlets. For coffee maker and iron. Only by the desk or in between the beds which only work for plugging in your cell or ipad as there is no room for anything else.

Hotel did not meet the expectations.

The options were good. The seating area was excellent.

Breakfast was a let down. The main dishes weren't that great. My room fee included breakfast, but for some reason, we were expected to pay for it separately. It was corrected, but it was uncomfortable to say the least.

Birthday Trip

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and nice. The pool was awsome.

In the list of amenities it said mini bar, there was none. No jacuzzi was a bummer. No room service

The young man at the front desk was very helpful, friendly, and professional.

The location was ideal for our purpose. Easy access to everything downtown has to offer and close enough to walk to 4th Avenue.

It was so close to the nightclub next door that you could here everything until they closed at 2:30am.

Great hotel and staff

The location is convenient. We called for extra towels and not more than 4 minutes later, staff came with towels. Eventhough it was in a loud downtown spot, we did not hear any noise when we were in the room. Very well soundproofed. Clean, comfortable.

It was nice there was a parking garage attached but it is an extra charge per day. The hotel key didn't work every time we wanted to exit the garage so we had to press the button for assistance to be let out. Itd be nice if we got clear instructions on how to use it before check in.

the only thing we did not like was you cannot turn off or turn up the A/C it is always set at 64 and it’ll stay there

good location for a business stay, very clean, but could do better on amenities

Nice decor in main space, the room was super clean and comfortable. Great location near lots of restaurants and walking to downtown and the old part of city where the cool stuff is.

the pool was too cold, the room was freezing, and the water wasn't hot enough. I was basically cold for three straight days, in the desert. Also $20 for breakfast when you're paying $300 already is bonkers. I walked across the street to a cafe for $6 and it was great. Just give us some muffins and coffee gratis.

won’t be back

the staff was nice

too loud of a neighborhood. couldn’t sleep at night due to the night clubs around and ended up checking out in the middle of the night. also, valets should really learn how to drive stick, because that’s just ridiculous

This place is overrated, cheap and with rude unaccommodating staff.

we got a small balcony with a tiny view.

I was expecting a nicer room for the price. The King Suite was small and basic. Our remote to the tv in our room was dead. The staff didn’t have a screw driver to replace the batteries so they had to break the back off an tape it back up… the remote still didn’t work when laying in bed, you had to stand directly in front of it to have it work. I would also like to add: I did an early check in and even had my husband’s name on there as an additional guest. When he got there the staff was rude and unhelpful. They wouldn’t let him check in because they said his name wasn’t on the reservation… even tho I had the proof on my confirmation. I had to call and go through so many automated prompts just to talk to a real person on the phone, just so I could tell them that he has permission to check in. This was very frustrating for the both of us as we were trying to get ready for our wedding that day that was right down the street. Definitely added to our stress that we didn’t need. We are never staying at this overrated hotel and I am telling everyone I know not to stay here.

Horrible hotel. Ill never stay again. The disappointment was offset a little by the fantastic staff!

Furniture, ambience, comfort. Your wash basin next to the bed and the shower in the toilet room. It's quite possibly the worst design concept that I've ever come across. So bad that it has moved me to write my first ever review, after more than a hundred stays on Booking.com

Great staff, great location

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great facility and well equipped gym.

No daily clean-up service because of COVID? That doesn’t make sense at this point.
