Location is great. Right on the beach overlooking the gulf. You get to see the beautiful sunsets. It’s a little farther from the main busy part of town but that was why we chose this location, as it’s a lot quieter and main section of town was still only 5-10min walk. Clearwater grocery store was a 10min drive away. Covered parking was appreciated as well.
The. Building itself is a bit older but in ok shape. They were fixing the pool when we arrived so we couldn’t use it but they had fixed it on our last day. The unit itself is nicely decorated and very homey. It’s clear the owners still use it time to time. They had renovated the kitchen very nicely, and a little bit of the bathroom which is acceptable. The unit has lots of space.
Although cleaners do come in and clean, they don’t really do a good job, parts of floors were missed and dirty and lots of dust around the home. Mostly it was acceptable and we just vacuumed ourselves after arrived. My biggest issue was the washing machine, the door was left closed and there was a bad mildew and associated smell in the machine. We ended up cleaning it out with bleach several times before we washed our clothes in it. Mentioned this to the owner so hopefully the cleaners can leave the door to washer open to let it dry in betweeen uses.
The amenities was fantastic, they had everything needed for the kitchen, washrooms. They had lots of beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, even cooler that can be used.

Condo was a great location. The bathrooms could use upgrades but overall was pretty awesome. Downside - parking is an issue!! For a unit in which sleeps 10, the rental property should have offered more than one guest pass. We had a total of 4 vehicles in which two of them had to pay $245 for the week at an offsite location for overnight parking. Unfortunately you have to pay every where you go in Clearwater Beach. Other than that, our trip was very enjoyable.

Wonderful location! Have never been to this part of Florida and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Easy walk to more “lively “ part of the beach. Close to many restaurants. Condo was well stocked. Only criticism is that some of the older furniture was stained and. Dated but ,all in all, very true to pictures on the website. Would likely stay at this complex again

Overall the property was very nice. The Kitchen had been updated nicely and well stocked with everything we needed. The family room was nice and the views of the beach couldn't be better.
The rest of the condo is definitely dated and needs updated.
As for the cleanliness, the condo overall was very clean, the master shower could have been cleaned better though.
We enjoyed our stay and my family did as well.

Overall the property was very nice. The Kitchen had been updated nicely and well stocked with everything we needed. The family room was nice and the views of the beach couldn't be better.
The rest of the condo is definitely dated and needs updated.
As for the cleanliness, the condo overall was very clean, the master shower could have been cleaned better though.
We enjoyed our stay and my family did as well.

This was a beautiful location! We got so lucky! The unit was perfect for our family of 10 who were displaced after our cruise was cancelled.

Surfside Condos Stay
The condo was in the perfect place. The ocean front view was great and the beach was uncrowded and clean. Everything in the condo was great and all its amenities. I'm in the property management business in Tennessee and the only thing I would address is the electrical outlets in all the rooms. Many of the outlets are very loose and need attention. The owner might want to address these as well as investing in installing additional outlets instead of using extensions chords. When things weren't working, it took us a few minutes to figure out the setup and why things weren't working. This could end up being a future liability issue if not addressed.

Reservation taken and property closed down by the city!
We rented this property a few months before our travel date. The day before we arrived, the city shut the property down due to a stairwell that had collapsed (this is what the management company told us). We were moved to a lovely house...on the BAY...NOT BEACHFRONT! We were not compensated in any way, just moved.
I have two warnings:
1) I'm not sure what type of property has a stairwell collapse and then is shut down for any tenants. Does not sound like this building I would want to stay in even if it was open.
2) The management company told me they were moving us to a "nicer house". Yes, it was nice, but a drive from the beach. We wanted a beachside unit and instead were on the bay and were not offered any kind of discount.
3) We were told we could cancel our trip and they would refund us our deposit...but that does not help when we had bought non-refundable plane tickets.
Bottom line - buyer beware of this property and their representation.

We have stayed at this condo complex for many years and we will come back again. Florida Beach Rentals are great to work with. I recommend that you deal directly with them for your rental. These condos are in a great location, close to everything but far enough away that the beach isn’t that busy.

We were so pleased with this condo. The condo had so much room, it’s very clean , nice beds, TVs everything. The views were out of this world, we were not very far from pier 60. The sunset is gorgeous. We will be back and get the same condo.

Great location but should have been better for the price
The beachfront location and proximity to town were highlights. The place was a little smaller than the pictures portray but no big deal there. However, there were a number of things wrong that kind of dimmed our enthusiasm right from the start. When we walked in for the first time there was a strong odor of grease throughout the condo. The kitchen counter felt greasy and there was mold in the dishwasher. As we unpacked and settled in, the kids couldn't access wifi (a huge deal for our family), my wife found a towel with a bloodstain on it and the TV in the master bedroom had a cable issue that caused it to work intermittently. We went shopping and bought some air freshener and a candle and I tried moving the modem to improve wifi reception. Neither of these actions worked. The first evening I went out on the balcony and tried to turn on the light but it did not work. The fixture outside was hanging off the wall. On Sunday I called Florida Beach Rentals. They were very responsive. The cleaning people came out while we were out and recleaned the condo. The maintenance people also came and discovered the issue with the modem which required a visit from Brighthouse cable which did not happen until the following day. They replaced the bulb in the outside fixture but did not rehang the fixture. The assistant cleaning manager left a long letter apologizing for the issues. So while the issues were taken care of by the end of our 2nd full day, I would have expected things to be right from the start, especially for $4,000 a week, which is a pretty steep price for a rental of that type. The place would have been great had everything been in tip-top shape upon our arrival.

Comfortable for family living.
We loved our stay. It was wonderful to be right on the beach. Away from the more congested area. Great shelling especially going north of the condo. We found over 9 starfish in one day. Great views of the sunset. Loved having the views of a corner unit. We hope to be back.

Awesome digs!
Even though this is my first Florida condo rental, I am very impressed! Everything is as advertised and then some! Beautiful view of the gulf, much balcony space, plenty of chairs...if u don't have a wonderful time here, it's your own fault! Also covered parking and great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again. 👌🏼

Very nice digs on the beach! We had a great time and you can't beat the location and view! Management was helpful and friendly, especially Hobbs :) Would come again..and just might real soon.
