Ωραίο αλλά χωρίς θέρμανση

Όμορφα διακοσμημένος χώρος με ωραία αισθητική και μεγάλη βεράντα με ωραία θέα στη πόλη.

Η θέρμανση γινόταν αποκλειστικά από ένα μόνο κλιματιστικό που βρισκόταν στο ενιαίο χώρο και το οποίο δεν λειτουργούσε στη θέρμανση ,με αποτέλεσμα ο χώρος να είναι παγωμένος.

Polecam, wygodne i dobrze zlokalizowane miejsce.

Duże mieszkanie, wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne. Kuchnia duża, dobrze doposażona, duży stół i część wypoczynkowa. Sypialnia i łazienka czyste i wygodne. Sporo miejsca do przechowywania rzeczy, dostęp do prywatnego ogródka. W sypialni i salonie jest klimatyzacja. Na miejsce dotarliśmy wcześniej, niż godzina zameldowania, a apartament był już gotowy i bez problemu mogliśmy z niego korzystać. To był dla nas ogromny plus. Do centrum starego miasta piechotą około 15 minut, w pobliżu dużo miejsc, gdzie można coś zjeść oraz zrobić podstawowe zakupy.

Jedynym minusem, dla osób które cenią sobie ciszę i spokój, była bliskość ulic, na których jest spory ruch do późnych godzin wieczornych. Przy zamkniętych oknach nie jest on jednak aż tak bardzo uciążliwy.

Splendid terrace!

The terrace was the biggest plus! You have a 180 view from the mountains to the sea. It is splendid! The kitchen is full equipment, you have everything you could possibly need. Everything was great! Highly recommand this flat! Just a small tip, it would be great an electric barbeque on the terrace.

Bello comodo e scomodo

Interni, colori, spazio molto fresco, attrezzato di tutto. Posizione non centralissima quindi ottima per uscire subito dal centro e spostarsi verso le spiagge.

Poca cura del terrazzo esterno, sdrai sporchi e sedie con la ruggine. Migliorabile. Dall’appartamento per raggiungere il centro serve la macchina, troppo tempo perso alla ricerca di parcheggi

Beautiful view, walking distance to old town Chania, amazing facilities, nice outdoor terrace, super comfortable bed, great communication with owner, located close to supermarket, bakery and bus stop

good location, close to everything, shops, cafes, bakery, close to the pick-up point for trips, a bit noisy because there is a main street, the garden is very shady but maybe it's a plus on hot days, but my group walked all day and came back in the evening so we didn't use it, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, etc. everything worked 👍 very good shower 👍, we were satisfied and would recommend it to friends, quick answers to questions 👍

A lovely, very relaxing stay in a beautiful apartment

We loved our stay at the apartment, it was beautifully done and made for a very comfortable stay. We felt very at home, the apartment was very clean and well-equipped. We didn't need anything during our holiday as everything was available! Will definitely be looking to book this apartment again

Watch out : false advertising !

Apartment with all the necessary amenities. Comfortable bed.

I booked the apartment expecting the views and terraces as seen in the photos. We got however a "garden apartment" with no views and no privacy. This for me is a clear case of false advertising as all the outside pictures on Booking refer to the top floor apartment. It also goes further than Booking ; if you google Urban 35 on Googlemaps it says "holiday apartment" (singular, so not apartmentsss) and again only showing the pictures of the top floor which gives you the impression that this is only 1 apartment and that this is the top floor one. All these pictures are used in the end to sell you a very DARK (even during the sunny Crete summer we had to put the lights on in the flat during the day !) and NOISY (the flat is right on the intersection of a busy crossroad while the windows are not insulating well so you hear the traffic drive through the flat) ground floor apartment. Even the naming "garden flat" is cheating as the flat has NO garden, just a dark small little courtyard with NO privacy and a security hazard as people can even jump over the low fence easily and access the back of the flat from the road !). WATCH OUT before you book and avoid this "garden apartment".

Great place, clean, many things you'd need. The flat has a great vibe. Lots of parking place around. Much better than the cramped places in the old town.

It is a bit distant from old town (20 mins downhill walk, more coming back uphill). But taxi to the old town costs only 5 euros. So no big deal. Also plenty of parking space around.

Good

The apartment was clean and modern. It’s 25 min walk from the central but in a nice neighborhood. The host helped us arrange a taxi and was generally responsive.

When we arrived we were missing the bedding for the 5th person and since it was already 1am the person had to sleep without it which was very inconvenient. Also, there weren’t any toiletries, coffee capsules or dishwasher tablets, so we had to buy full packs of everything which seemed wasteful considering we didn’t stay that long. Some guests have mentioned welcome packs beforehand but we received none of that unfortunately. I also wouldn’t recommend this apartment for anyone who needs to work during their staycation, as the internet switched off a couple of times and we couldn’t do the work calls.

Good value and great view

- big, roomy and tastefully decorated apartment - great terrace with an amazing view - easy check-in and elevator for heavy luggage - huge kitchen - comfy bed - great location, barely 25min from the port, supermarket and little restaurants and cafés around

- unfortunately there were ants in the kitchen but the host assured us to take care of it - the shower looks nice but is actually inconvenient. The water barely flows off and we more or less flooded the whole bathroom everytime we used the shower. The issue was also told to the host - there is no big wall mirror in the apartment which is a pity cause you can't look at yourself before going out
