Nestled in Clearwater Beach, this attractive condo for $194 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Be welcomed by this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit located on the 16th floor of the 440 West building, with a sparkling view of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit accommodates up to 6 guests. The view from the balcony is a great place to watch for dolphins, manatees and boats move about on the water. Outside you will find the amazingly expansive pool deck with deck chairs, shuffle board, and a heated swimming pool, all on the waterfront. This property is a Whole monthly rental. This property is a Whole monthly rental. HOUSE RULES and Special requirements: You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants. Monthly Minimum Rentals. 'No Broken Months allowed' 14 Days advance booking normally required for Association approval Lease application to be completed along with payment of the $100.00 No Smoking.-$250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit No Pets 'Strictly enforced by the Condo Association' No Parties. No Trailers. No cooking food that creates an unpleasant living environment for other tenants. No candles Check-in is after 4pm Check-out is before 10am Be welcomed by this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Unit accomodates up to 6 guests. 32' TVs in each bedroom This unit is located on the 16th floor. Dining table seats 6 guests. Sit on the balcony and enjoy the view of the water. Full kitchen with all the conveniences of home. The bathroom has walk-in shower. There is an additional vanity area outside of the bathroom too. A roomy guest bedroom has 2 full beds Guest bathroom has walk in shower combo. In addition, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. Outside you will find the amazingly expansive pool deck with deck chairs, shuffle board, and a swimming pool, all on the waterfront. ------------------------------------------------------------ Work update: The opening of the Pool is not expected any sooner than the second week of June '6/12/22'. The Board made arrangements for owners and guests to have access to a pool facility nearby at the Holiday Inn. Opening of the lower-level garage is not expected any sooner than the first week of May. The RL James advertised completion date for painting the lower-level garage is April 21, but given our experience with schedules, the first week of May, is a better estimate. The painting of the upper-level garage is expected to commence on April 22, and it will take nine '9' working days to complete. If you park your car in the upper-level, and you expect not to be in the area around this time, please plan by mid-May to leave your car key with the Association Office so that we can move your car before the painting commences. He mistreats owners and renters every day. As a language barrier in a very very horrible personality. He uses profanity, He’s never be able to be found he will never let you in the gate with a green sticker in your vehicle. Came to my vehicle is not screaming at me and Chris had in my window. And there was a line of locals and owners behind me. Was nowhere to be found he will not answer his radio he will not open any of the gates. Check the queen even find my paperwork’s he has a language barrier and Mr. Tony is a lifesaver, I think Gabie walked in and found the paperwork to me you’re the one on top of the shelf, while the Lituanian screaming and using profanity , Well when I had to renew my second month parking pass he will not let me in the gate through my past which is still valid until midnight July 31. It’s not a people person question as a new customer skills of people experience, again Language barrier and he’s very rude and aggressive and scares owners and renters away!! What is in customer service for many many years and that I’m sorry to say this but he’s not an asset he’s a bad bad asset to your property in beautiful condos!! Without the locals are renters in the pool and everybody had the same problem with him every single day

Feels like home and clean it every day as if it was my own home. I have another rental condo in Clearwater but I want to buy a condo like this one right now on the water and so just a blessing. This was the best place we’ve stayed in Clearwater Beach. We love coming here. We even participated in the Thanksgiving potluck. We are coming back again next year. It’s walking distance to a grocery store and lots of great restaurants. Also a close walk to Pier 60 where there are artists and performers at sunset each day. Best of all, you can easily access the beach and walk a couple miles north to Caladisi Island State Park, which is otherwise only accessible by ferry from the mainland. A great condo in which to spend a relaxing month.

Extra linen in the bedrooms would have been helpful. Maintenance service (broken toilet) were quick, helpful , professional and timely. Security were focused, helpful and attentive . Older airco unit makes slightly busing sound which can disturb possibly some at night.
