Location wise was good! Host offered us baby cot upon our arrival too!

location was great. 4-5mins walk from the train station, 7-11 nearby. it’s by the main road, don’t have to turn in to any alleys, which makes it great as we were travelling with a baby and a toddler with a suitcase and a stroller.

cleanliness could be improved - especially for the bathroom. wifi connection was very very bad - as good as none. Thankfully we have data sim.

why would anyone wanna have glas vindows between the toilet and bed?? thats really awkward when you are two people in there.

very good location, comfy bed, clean and so spacious.

- I would like to suggest the host/owner for improving the amenity products used in shower room such as shampoo or shower gel. those products make your room look so cheap. - no breakfast (but fine)

Convenient location, near the metro. Nice apartment, 2 showers, 2 toilets, swimming pool. The administrator girl promptly responds to all requests, responds to WhatsApp almost instantly, thank you very much for the rest.

Okay for short stay

I like how accessible the location is and close to BTS Station. The room was spacious.

The room next door was flooding and went to the hallway. Stayed here for 2 nights only coz it is near the actual hotel that I am going to stay for a long time.

experincing Songkran in floated bathroom, shiverring experince, learning how to be a MONKEY

If you want your journey be safe, smooth, tranquility way, just DONT stay in this accommondation.

The bathroom was floated after two minutes usage, water heater system was broken down at first sight (we kept shivering after bathing), and a rude staff kept tricking us like monkey. Despite our privacy was disrupted, we had to wait for the staff to clean out the clog For the water heater, the staff suggested to find a TECHNICIAN tomorrow. We explained to her in a polite manner that it should not be because our valuable things like passport, money, were all in the room. They did not provide locker/safe. She PROMISED TO FIND A NEW ROOM for us and she DID NOT SHOWED UP. We waited for >1HOURS until midnight and we gave up. The next morning, she told us that she could give us discount for 200batt ONLY FOR THE SECOND NIGHT, and declared that the technician will CAME INTO OUR ROOM(without asking our permission and she know we will go travel). I insisted that they should obey the laws, only then she told me that it was not “by force”. The staff refused to give discount/change to another room, or feel any sorry for the bad experienced we faced first night. Instead, she told us the previous customers find the water heater system worked well. Later, she wanted to come into our room again to test the water temperature personally and we agreed. Yet, she still DID NOT SHOWED UP as promised. After a long wait, we decided to leave ASAP. The technician things, the broken facilities, the time-consuming discussion with them via apps (more than 1 HOURS), the privacy things, the rude manner, had drove us crazy. We still believed she will come to us, so we kept waiting to pass the key personally. After ANOTHER 20-30MINUTES, only the staff told us via apps to put the key in the mailbox WHAT?! Why didn’t she tell us earlier and left us kept waiting? We trusted her so deeply that she will show up (Both the invitation was ASKED BY HERSELF), but in return she she treated us like FOOLISH. Our morning journey was ruined BY WAITING and TRANSFFERING our luggages!!!

it’s a no from me.

the beds was extremely comfortable.

had to wait 30 minutes for someone to bring keys to use. got told pool was not in use but later that day we saw people swimming in it. hardly any plugs worked in the apartment, the plus for the fridge didn’t work and my daughter had to have warm milk. the wifi was terrible would only work in the bedroom no where else in the apartment. tv did not work needed wifi which was to far to connect. and we only got 1 toilet roll for the 3 days. won’t be staying there again.

quiet condo well located, easy access to the skytrain and public transport

problem of access to the swimming pool and the gym! the badges do not work correctly we only took advantage of the swimming pool once which is regrettable because it was part of the criteria of our reservation. no room service for a week's stay with the same towels and no equipment in the kitchen so unusable

OK but be aware

great view from the balcony! good bed and good value for money.

strange check in. no credit card is accepted. no reception available and no recepits or anything. pretty unprofessional. they ask for 500 bath deposit in cash. good luck with getting that back when checking out early. i refused to give deposit.

Good room but service as not as you expected for Hotel

I like the room design and the location. The security staff were pleasant.

I did not notice this is an apartment with no housekeeping service, until I booked and realized it. so 4 nights I stay there I use the same towel, same linen, bath mat, no mineral water, no replenish of toiletries. Mostly staff did not speak english. Upon departure, I was unable to get my deposit 500 bath back as I checked out at 6 am, no one to be overhandle the key then I just left the key on the table.

a very enjoyable stay

we stayed in the deluxe suite, which was fantastic. It was very clean, comfortable beds, cool living room with a view and good WiFi. Very good value for money

Their is a lack of signage to find the place and has a rather bizarre check in process, it’s more of an apartment than hotel or anything, so theirs not much in terms of hospitality.

In general, I like the place. I'll definitely come back here.

Location - The place is nice. You can find convenient store, restaurant, and cafe nearby. Also it's not that far from BTS. Price - It's cheap relatively to the sqm and the area. Great value for money indeed!

- Wifi. Even though the wifi is everywhere, I find that my room and the wifi access point is so far away that I need to stay near the wall to use it. - Shower - I find that the water stop if you use it for a long time. So you need to wait a bit before it come back again.

Exceptional

Checking in is different to a classic hotel but the staff were very helpful and made it easy. The rooms were great!…smart, clean and comfortable. The bed was also fantastic. Would definitely recommend this place and plan on staying here again in the future. Five stars

A tiny bit confusing as to where we were supposed to check in… didn’t know what to tell security as we entered the building.
