Very clean condo! Parking is a little tight, but they express this in the description and they made the best of parking with a smaller lot. Right on the ocean, very clean, and affordable!

My wife and I can’t say enough about this place. We chose the Carolina Beach House for our anniversary trip. Awesome little super clean beach apartment with its own parking and beach access. If you opt for the linens package and bring what they tell you on the list, all you need to do is stock the fridge. All you need for the beach is provided. It’s convenient to just about everything in Carolina Beach. It is a nice little get away from everything. The owners greeted us when we arrived and are very responsive to any issues that may arrive. We would absolutely stay here again!!

We enjoyed this cute little home away from home. It was perfect for my husband and I. We loved the layout and was decorated so cute! The owners suggested several eating spots in the area that were top notch. We enjoyed coffee out back listening to the waves and enjoyed the short walk to the beach. We enjoyed it so much and didn’t want to leave. If we’re ever back visiting Carolina Beach, we will definitely rent this home again.

The property was incredibly clean, and steps away from the beach. Anything and everything I could have asked for. The owners were very accommodating. The whole process of getting in and out was easy. Our stay was phenomenal. Clean,quiet and close to the water. This was a special trip for my 8y/o daughter and me. Our first getaway without mama and younger sibling. Perfect for the 2 of us. Definitely want to come back again except this time I bring my Son. Thinking next year for that trip. We had fairly decent weather and the ocean water was the perfect temp. 15 minutes from the aquarium in Fort Fischer. Not far at all from many places. When we first arrived the owners were there to greet us and to show us around the property. Very nice couple. Easily available if you have any questions about the house or the general area/town. My husband and I stayed here with our almost 4 year old, and had the best time. The one bedroom rental is the perfect size for smaller families like ours and it being right off the beach is very convenient for easy back and forth potty trips with our young one!! The property was clean, the location was great, and Genevieve was very nice and helpful!

My friend and I finished a 2 week road trip at the beach house. Genevieve was there to greet us and check us in. The home and surroundings were beautiful. Beach access was just a hop, skip, and a jump away. All of it was perfect. Unfortunately, we arrived with Idalia and had to cut our stay short. Genevieve was so gracious in helping us navigate the storm. We will be back to to continue our perfect beach vacation. We would absolutely recommend staying here!

We stayed in the 1 bed 1 bath, it was so adorable! The owners are so sweet. Loved the full kitchen. The bathroom was so cute! Right on the beach. Just right for a quick trip. Only suggestion, update to streaming for us young people! At least offer Netflix or an option to connect with personal devices. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This place was just incredible! Genevieve was a great host and easy to reach. She made our stay an unforgettable one. The condo was clean, attractive, and exceeded our expectations. You are literally right on the beach! The tent provided for the beach days was an added bonus. If we get the opportunity to stay here again, we will!

This property had everything needed to enjoy a weekend at the coast. The hosts gave a thorough walk through to explain the amenities, the local guide they put together of restaurants and activities was helpful, and the weather was also great to take advantage of the oceanfront location

Even though we just stayed for one night we still had a wonderful time. The beach was only a few steps away from the property which was the highlight of our stay. The unit we stayed in was adorable and very clean. The owner of the beach house was really nice and available for any questions we had.

We had an amazing time. Genevieve greeted us when we arrived and was wonderful The condo was quiet, clean and exactly as described. I loved the private boardwalk to the beach. We would love to go back again next year. It was everything we needed for a fun relaxing vacation.

Everything was very nice but you can hear everything going on upstairs in that rental. The owner said something to those renters but it continued. We couldn't get sleep so we packed up and left at 130 am. If offered money off on next rental might would try it again in winter. Not peak season.

This property is 100% as advertised. Right on the beach with private access. The property is very convenient to all of Carolina Beach. The only bad thing is that we had to leave. We'll be going back as soon as we can.
