5 star stay

Amazing suite with very friendly and helpful staff. The views from the room were incredible and a good selection of coffee and chilled drinks in room. The in room breakfasts were a surprise and lots of variety- the staff made sure everything was vegan for us- would happily stay again!

Amazing! room - view - breakfast - cleanliness - staff all extremely attentive. The facilites were very clean and well taken care of. The room had the BEST view. They catered to vegans or whole food plant based lifestyle.

Perfect view, try to get discount

The view is perfect. The locations is good. The property looks very nice, luxury, good for three persons. Quite large space. Parking super.

The beds are top soft, but in the middle it was hard. Therefore, I assume that the mattress should be changed. The price is really high, only if you ger special price is worth it. It is a bit far from city center, but still walking distance. The brekfast looks very good, but not enough for teenage boy. The air circulation was a bit problem.

Perfect

We stayed in Tower Suites in both of our vacations in Iceland, simply because we fell in love with it the first time. The suites are huge, you can’t find this luxurious space with the price offered anywhere in Reykjavik with this astonishing view! The breakfast was one of the best that we had in Iceland, which was made according to our preferences and sent to the room. Parking was also available for free and easily accessible. The major thing that I liked about Tower Suites is the quiet and privacy that we had since it is away from the city center. We rented scooters that were available outside of the building which was a fun way to get to the city center. Special thanks to the staff and Giada who was very welcoming, helpful and gave good recommendations.

An unforgettable stay in Reykjavik.

The view of the hotelroom was outstanding, the whole interior was impeccable and very well chosen. Especially has to be mentioned, that Aga and her team was very helpful throughout our stay in Reykjavik. That was service on a very high standard. Yes, and i have to admit, the tapwater in Iceland tops even the worldclass tab water in Switzerland. Iceland is truly a wonderful place to linger, explore and to stay longer. Iceland has so much nature to offer and shall tell us, that we should take great care of mother nature.

Food, Views, Vibes

Breakfast was delicious and I got to specify the time I wanted it to arrive, which was ideal when we had to leave early for tours. Location was good, as there is a pickup/drop-off stop (Bus Stop 12) directly behind the hotel (2-4 mins walk) which was great for tours. The hotel was also a 20 min walk from BSI bus terminal which was great for airport connections. Note that the building is shared with offices but it doesn’t really impact your stay. Staff at the hotel were all lovely and so kind, and they spoke English well, which was helpful. Minibar in room also had complimentary drinks and snacks. The room looks just like the photos on here, and was more than spacious enough for 3 guests. View from room was incredible.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in so far! Only confusion was whether the snacks in the lobby were complimentary or not. Also Netflix wasn’t working on the Apple TV box we had in the room. But these issues didn’t affect how much I enjoyed the stay.

suites are lovey. high ceiling. bath with view over Reykjavik. minibar. toiletries. service. people who are taking care of your stay.

of course price is very high but it’s Reykjavik and you know what are you paying for.

Great view. Very nice staff. Good bed.

Bad air quality (no possibility to open a window, no fresh air supply; air in the room way to dry), heating not good adjustable (it was either to hot or to cold), Wifi and TV not working properly. Breakfast time has to be defined the night before (no flexibility). For what you get its way to expensive).

Luxurious base with every home comfort considered

Finished to a very high standard with amazing views. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The in room breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever received. Cannot overstate how perfect this place was as a base in Reykjavik!

lovely stay as said but the noise on the first night sadly really let the trip down as we hardly got any rest

Amazing property and location was perfect for us. The ladies and staff was so so nice and friendly, really looked after us for the whole of our stay.

Was extremely disappointed in our first night as mentioned in the messages to the ladies and staff the noise was horrendous from a party below us. was not expecting this at such a 5 star hotel and came for complete relaxation the music and loud noises didn’t stop until 1am!

everything, the view , the size of the room and the staff I stayed in the property for 6 amazing nights I also liked that they had all kind of soft drinks , dairy and non dairy milk , water , coffee and snacks available in the lounge area with no extra charges very special thanks to Paulina , Aleksandra and Sonia for taking such a great care of us .

Great views, great spot!

We loved the room, the views, and all the amenities. Great little nespresso bar and drinks available. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was awesome, and everything was clean and comfortable.

When we checked in, would have wished there was a sign downstairs and someone downstairs so we weren't lost.
