The stay was decent, I don't mind going over for my next trip.

It is great that you have both breakfast and lunch offered. Location is fine, there are food shops outside the hotel. Room is offered with bed and sofa for seating which is great.

The room was just nice size, a little bigger would been better, especially when you have kids. Breakfast and lunch can be better with more variety. The room TV channels are poor quality and very little choices of selection.

Would stay again!

It is located right next to a major train interchange, but the noise pollution is negligible. We were also informed upon check-in that some renovations were being carried out on the floors below us, but we were not disturbed by any noise even during the afternoon. Room amenities were good and comfortable, overall stay was excellent.

Zweckmäßige Unterkunft mit permanenter Unruhe in der Lobby. Da will man nur schnell auf sein Zimmer.

Professionelles Check-in. Meinem Wunsch nach einem oberen Stockwerk wurde nachgekommen. Das Personal zeigte eine große Höflichkeit und war sehr zuvorkommend. Großer TV mit HDMI Anschluss im Zimmer. Das Zimmer war ruhig. 4 Aufzüge bringen einen superschnell zu jeder Tageszeit zur gewünschten Etage. Auch wenn ich das Frühstück lieblos fand, muss man fairer Weise sagen, dass alle Stationen des Buffets immer ausreichend gefüllt waren. Satt wurde man. Gegenüber dem Hotel ist ein kleiner Supermarkt und einige Restaurants, die gut besucht waren. Die Nähe zur MRT Station ist hilfreich, auch wenn ein Taxi in KL nicht viel kostet. Aufgrund des guten Zimmerpreises bei Booking.com war der Aufenthalt insgesamt positiv.

Das Frühstück fand ich lieblos, geschmacklich ebenfalls trist. Ob es an den Ferien gelegen hat, dass viele Familien eingecheckt hatten und sich schlecht benommen haben oder ist das in diesem Kulturkreis normal? Besonders störend empfand ich den Bereich um die Ausgabe der frischen Eiervariationen (eigener Koch). Da standen die Leute herum und blockierten den Gang zum Frühstücksbuffet. Da muss man die Organisation der Essensausgabe scharf kritisieren. Kaffee gibt es nur aus 2 sehr langsamen Maschinen mit individuellen Variationen. Da kann es schon mehr als 5 Minuten dauern, bis man seinen Kaffee hat, der mir persönlich nicht geschmeckt hat. Dazu kam noch, dass die Tasse randvoll war und es ein Kunststück war die Tasse zum Tisch zu brigen. Ich hätte gerne eine Kaffekanne mit gebrühtem Kaffee und echte Milch am Buffet, so wie in den meißten internationalen Hotels, wo das Personal rumgeht und auf Wunsch nachschüttet. Das geht viel schneller und bringt Morgenmuffel schneller auf Touren. Sehr enttäuschend war dies hier.

Приветливый, дружелюбный стафф, локация рядом с классной галереей, в честь годовщины сделали апгрейд, очень приятно

Уставший отель, ремонт довольно старый, хоть и мебель новая, очень неудобная кровать - чувствуешь все пружины, на завтрак ничего нет для европейцев (кроме омлета и хлопьев)

Wonderful holiday

The room is very big and perfect for honeymoon... all equipments are working well... housekeeping and reception staff are very friendly, always smiling

Parking charges may be considered for a reduced fee since the guests stayed as hotel guests

Seem like a peace inside hotel but bustling outside, just love their interior. Will definitely repeat my stay

Dislike the room card access which I had to went to run to counter to reapply for access everyday. Told the card room was highly sensitive to metal which in my pocket had iPhone and bank card lol

Perfect location

Very clean. Can't find any dust. Staff are very polite and friendly especially waiters. Location is perfect. 5 minutes walking to Titiwangsa station. Then, you can explore KL without jammed.

Just allright

Love the spacious room always and thats the only reason I choose this hotel.

Staffs are not friendly. They and all not welcoming and wear faces like as if they are being force to work or we as travellers are disturbing their day.

Nice room and staff

All the staff, from the front desk, management, waiter at restaurant, housekeeping, all are very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant stay for my family. The room is clean and the foods at breakfast are spectacular. My mom and I also enjoy having conversation with the restaurant staff. I remember one of the staff, Mr Asghar, always ask us if we have enough food, if there is anything they can do to make it better, and even help to make coffee for us. Interaction like this although may seems menial to others, but we really appreciate it. Overall our stay have been very enjoyable and we will surely come again next time.

Awesome property, good location, room awesome.

Cozy and large room, strategic location near train station, near food area. Variety of breakfast buffet food. Did't announce the maintenance work before booking.

The reception staff need some customer service training in terms of communication skill and appearance for the men staff.
