لا يوجد

بصراحة من أول ما وصلت وكان المصعد معطل واضريط لحمل الحقائق والصعود بها للدور الخامس وبعد ذلك فوجئت بالغرفة التي تم حجزها بأنها لا يوجد أي صلة بالصور التي علي الموقع ( الشباك علي المنور ويوجد بها قمامة ) واضريط لتغير الغرفة لغرفة أقل لكي أتم حجزي ولاكن كانت المفاجأة بأن العقار المقابل به إصلاحات ويوجد به عمال الأمر الذي أدى لعدم فتح النافذة وغير ذلك كانت للمياه ضعيفة جدا وعندما أريد أن أستخدم المياه أتصل لكي يتم تشغيل الماتور مما كان يسبب لي إحباط

was just a night, but was really good.

amazing location, bit random but I love the elevator, nice room (even with balcony).

We didn’t mind at all, but if you want something we’re everything is 100% perfectly clean this place might not be for you. but it was absolutely ok, and for that price you couldn’t complain anyway.

Nice journey in Alexandria

The location is amazing, near the Mediterranean sea, restaurants and the heritage areas, the staff was nice, kind and helpful as much as they can. For sure, next time I'll bring my daughters with me.

Budget Travel Luxury

We LOVED this place. It had the best charm. The beds were the most comfortable we've found in North Africa. Get an en suite- the views from the balcony can't be beat. The old building has soooo much charm. The old elevators were a fun adventure. I wish I could stay here longer. Great location. Just the best for such a good value! We had a load of laundry done for a very affordable price. Wonderful, kind staff. Thanks so much Hotel Triomphe!

None. The street is loud like all of the city. I had no problems sleeping with ear plugs.

Good atmosphere, nice and funny stuff, I really felt good!

Sometimes the elevator doesn't work, bad luck if this happens while arriving or departure as the hostel is in the 5th floor.

Excellent stay, great value for money

The hostel was comfortable and the personnel is very nice. The room was spacious and the location is in the heart of Alexandria. The beds are hard, but very comfortable!

A curtain in the shower would be nice!

I really liked the location and the old style of the building. And the staff was friendly. Also the price was really reasonable in return for the location at least.

I took a room with a shared bathroom, it was not really convenient for me. But the room has its own sink. On the contrary, hot water wasn't available all the time but it didn't bother me. So all in all , it's a hostel with a great location , acceptable facilities and it's a good choice for solo travelers.

I would recommend it to low budget people like myself

The location was really good and the staff were super friendly. The room was clean and the beds were clean and comfortable.

I didn't like that there was no direct view to the sea, it was a side view, and the bathroom tub was quite dirty.

Clean and has good value for money. This what you need if your to Alex in short visit i.e. basic, central and clean place to stay

I'd honestly go there again if I had a low budget, but I did really enjoy my stay.

The location of the hotel is amazing, very close to the sea, and it's surrounded with old buildings, which was a bonus for me. The room was very clean, and the staff was very friendly.

There was no air conditioner in the room, but they gave us an additional fan which compensated for the ac.

The stay was not pleasant due to the water problem as for the accomodation it is fair ...

lifts are ok - location of the hostel is ideal for downtown visitors the room has good proportions. as for clean, I can say it"s fair .

Water is scarce. To have a shower you need to wait for at least 3-4 minutes to get some water (the flow of water was very weak ) especially by midnight - to wash your hands at the sink that was another hard task water was weak and of cpourse the tap of hot water was not working at all...

The receptionist was super friendly and helpful! The bed was just as hard as the floor. Quite some noice from other guests and besides the walking paths in the room, there hasn't been done much cleaning.

Staff are polite. Location is near from every thing. The hostel is clean.

I promised the management not to mention what happened in my stay. And I am keeping my word.
