A real traditional greek experience. It was great to wake up and chat to the fisherman who lived next door while he was mending his nets. Anasina the host provided all the information we needed for an enjoyable stay. Great restaurant in the village from where we watched the sunset most evenings.

Loved everything about it! Such an awesome cultural experience to imagine how the fisherman used to live there. The place was very clean, beautiful and spacious throughout. Beds and pillows comfy like a fancy hotel. The elderly Greek neighbours so sweet and adorable. Francisco so helpful to take my suitcase in a wheel barrow to the Sirma. You can swim out front and the local Restaurant has phenomenon food and Aperols. Definitely coming back for another visit.
Having to remember to turn the hot water on.

One of the most unique places we’ve stayed in - we loved our stay in Klima. Very traditional which we loved and we could happily sit on the front porch and watch the boats and ocean all day.

this is a magical location and we feel so delighted to have been able to experience this kind of place. the property is managed by a lovely lady - who looked after us very well. the location is out of this world. there were 5 of us - I thought it would be too small but we found the space perfect. there are lots of lovely treats left by the host. we would come again in a heartbeat.
one of the beds isn’t very comfortable for 2 people - but the bedroom overlooking the sea is so comfortable - slept like a dream.

Great Location clean has everything you need. You get the full boat house so 3 levels all which have stunning views. Most of the other boat houses are divided into multiple separate rooms.
The owners are easy to communicate with and very friendly.
you need to either bring food or have a car as there is no shops. There is a beach side restaurant which if you love seafood is great but limited other options on the menu.

The location is perfect, the sight from the living room and from the bedrooms is unmatched. It felt like something out of a movie. The place itself is very spacious, very clean (cleaning is done daily), and very charming. Staying here was absolutely the best thing that happened in our trip to Greece.
The only thing is that the check-in time in the website says 2pm, but it had to be done at 4pm. Despite that, everything on the check in went very smoothly.

Its rich tradition, its stellar views, the wonderful crew that welcomed and took care of throughout our visit as if we were family, the perfect location: on the water with the sounds of the surf lulling is to sleep every night. Just everything!
We can’t think of a thing!

This is an idyllic and stunning place to spend a memorable holiday.
The Sirma was absolutely beautiful- thoughtfully converted to provide excellent and comfortable facilities.
Klima is a unique place to stay with so much atmosphere and our Sirma was perched in an amazing position at the end of a line of traditional yet unique Greek fishing lodges- many in use!- our neighbours were a lovely and welcoming Greek family.
There is also an excellent Taverna a short walk up the beach - we couldn’t fault the location for watching the sun go down!
There is lots of ancient history with the theatre and catacombs within walking (up hill!) distance!
One of our most memorable Greek holidays!
There was nothing that we could fault - practically perfect!

Amazing stay, really loved the house and being so close to the sea. I would love to stay here again. The house was spacious and clean. The main bedroom had a beautiful view of the sea and a balcony. The front door leads directly out to the sea and the water was nice for swimming. Perfect stay.
Definitely not for anyone who had access issues. Also you need a car and the road down to Klima is a little tricky.

I loved this property so much!!! It was located right on the water. You could walk right out the front doors and walk right into the ocean and swim. The water was so clear and the waves crashed right up to our patio. I loved how traditionally it was appointed, but still had nice amenities. I loved that it was so quiet and the neighbors next door are original owners and were so kind to us. It was such an amazing experience.
We did lose water a couple times, but it wasn’t a big deal. The AC in the downstairs fan worked, but it was not cooling.

Spacious place, really nice location. Korres cosmetics in the room - it is one love! The sea is literally in 1 meter from the room) Friendly Maria was always there to help!

Klima is a very special place, we are so glad we stayed here. The property looks so much nicer in real life than in pictures and it was great waking up to the sound of waves every morning.
The sunsets are amazing - we just jumped in the water right outside the front door and swam around while watching the sun go down.
The bed was also super comfy and the bedrooms had air conditioning - we had very good sleeps!
We enjoyed eating as Astakas (the taverna located nearby), however it had limited opening hours when we were there and it was the only place to eat nearby so we had to be quite organised.
One point worth mentioning; the property is only accessible by walking along the waterfront. In some parts the water can be ankle deep and you're walking over unstable rocks and gravel. This is definitely not a property for anyone with accessibility issues. The host does organise someone to carry your luggage so you don't need to worry about walking through the water with suitcases! We felt a bit 'stuck' in the house after dark as the water was really rough a few of the days we were there with waves coming right up to the houses, and the pathway to the house is very slippery with no lights.
Also, the property is probably only suitable for those who are hiring a car. There's no bus stop close by. The road to Klima is VERY narrow and quite stressful to drive on, but the area is so beautiful and calm that it's worth it.
