The apartment we had was quite nice and clean and is in a generally quiet area. The accessories are simple, but there is what you need for shorter stays. The mattresses were comfortably firm. There is a nice small terace, though we didn't have time/weather to use it. There is a church nearby which bells every 15 minutes and every hour but we didn't find the sound disturbing. The Jasmund national park is in a walking distance.

There is no wifi, which some people may find actually positive. There is a construction of a multipurpose building underway, just behind the nearby - the noise will depend on a stage of construction - especially one day the noise was really bothering when an excavator was used. According to the site information, it will finish in 2024 - it is possible that further work will not be so noisy but I recommend to ask the owner of apartments about the current state

The house was wonderful!! Great location, 20 minutes walking distance from Jasmund Park and 10 minutes from the bus stop that takes to the upper side of the island. The owners were very chill and helpful, and the house was very comfortable, great equipment and clean.

Honestly, I liked everything! I don't have any complaints, in the contrary I recommend it for whoever wants to have a great experience near amazing nature.

the apartment is very comfortable and with an excelente location if you want to visit the chalk cliffs. You can view the Baltic Sea from the apartment window.

Most of the sockets down stairs didn’t had electricity and the property does not have Wi-Fi. There was an unpleasant smell when entering but when opening the windows it went away quickly.

Location and facilities were excellent - a perfect base for a couple

Probably due to time of year the bathroom towel rail didn't heat so there was no way to dry towels. And pillows could have been firmer.

Property style & location were great, our stay felt like home! Seaview was a plus we didn't expect.

New or near-new apartment about 10 minutes walk from the harbor and old town of Sassnitz. Everything you need for a few days on Ruegen. Parking in front of the door. Quiet part of town. Owners provided plenty of helpful tips on what to do and see in the area.

No internet (this was indicated in the description but I somehow overlooked it, so my fault ... but, it's pretty weird in this day and age not to have internet!). It's a two-storey flat with steep stairs (kitchen/living room upstairs, bedroom downstairs), which wasn't mentioned in the description. Bedroom opens to the ground floor patio, which is beside the parking lot by the front door, so no privacy and not particularly inviting. Tiny kitchen and no dining room. Other guests talk about a sea view but I assume this is only for flats at the top of the building so you might want to make sure you get one of these. Overall, the ground floor flat is only suitable for a couple of days.

This apartment was stunning - and immaculate in every way, It was just what we would wish for in an apartment, The kitchen was spacious and well equiped with everything we needed. The small patio area was very usable for a glass of wine, coffee or breakfast - it overlooks the parking area, but this wasn't really a problem. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful when we collected the keys (about 5 miles away from the apartment) Sassnitz is a nice town with plenty to do. The beaches of Rugan and Jasmund National Park can easily be explored from this base A Netto supermarket is only 3 minutes walk from the apartment which was handy.
