Located in Altamonte Springs, this lovely house for $351 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Casa Vista Verde I Orlando-Altamonte Springs Dream House & Vacation Paradise Exclusive 5-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental home that sleeps up to 18 guests and has a 20,000 gallons swimming pool, Foosball, ping pong and pool tables with a real nice yard! Casa Vista Verde I in Central Florida’s location just minutes from all popular Orlando and Daytona Beach attractions! Maximum occupancy for 18 guests! Please note: The original price covers up to 4 guests, however, many times at the last minute, relatives and friends want to join and be part of your vacation adventure. To keep prices at a great value, after the first 4 guests, any extra guest/s must pay an additional fee of $15.00 each per reservation night. All payments must be made thru the booking site prior to the check-in. Please note that extra guest/s payments are made based on the total nights of you booking/reservation, even if the person is staying one or two nights only. There is a $250.00 event fee but we must be informed about it prior to approval. We are pet friendly with a huge, fenced yard! We have a onetime $100.00 pet fee for each furry guest. We stayed for 3 days at this house. The host was wonderful, super nice and helpful. The house needs some maintaince and need to fix some things. Bigger barbecue will be wonderful and some kind shade by pool is necessary like a gazebo or table with umbrella.

Wonderful house to stay in. Bigger then it looks in pics. Accommodate a large group with lots of space. I would prefer one of the bedrooms with bunk bed to have regular beds to accommodate more adults

The towels and bed linens were clean. Jose was very responsive. There was plenty of room in this house. Loved the games and it was very well stocked. The things that we were disappointed in were the fact that we searched for a pool house and then when we got there it was unusable because it wasn't heated. The pool was very very cold. The other issue was that we felt the kitchen and bathroom needed a deep cleaning. They weren't terrible but they could have been cleaner. All and all Jose was a good host but the total came to over $1,900.00 for 5 days and it was just the 2 of us. The quantity of people is my problem as I know it can hold many more people. It just didn't seem worth it when we couldn't use the pool.

Property manager was easy to reach with questions. Super attentive and responds quickly. We needed to do nothing! Very spacious even in bedrooms with many beds. Lots of towels and amenities which I later heard is not always common! Was clean and maintained as needed even attended pool when it was needed and apologized for interrupting us! Was worth every penny!!

Our stay at this property was delightful. Reservations, Check In, and Check Out were stress free. Mr. Jose stayed in communication with us and responded promptly to any questions and concerns we had. We enjoyed everything being on one level and the master suite on the opposite side of the house, but also having easy access to the pool. The pool was dirty upon arrival, but Mr. Jose had a crew out to clean it up without us mentioning it and we loved the pool and backyard. Appreciated being in a nice neighborhood and close to many amenities and our sports event. Thank you again for hosting us.

Any issues we had were quickly addressed by Jose. My family was able to come to us and the activities at the house kept everyone engaged and interacting. Quiet mature neighborhood that feels safe. We would stay here again.

We a had a wonderful time at this house. Plenty of room but it also felt cozy and comfortable. The kids loved the bunkbeds. The adults loved the space. The pool was great to have. We all enjoyed it. The neighborhood was very nice. Close to many things. And it was easy to reach Orlando and the Disney parks. The manager was easy to contact. Highly recommend this house.

This 5 bedroom house was perfectly located near great shops, restaurants and bars. We found the house very clean and fresh. The host was communicative and supremely helpful in allowing this booking on such a short notice and also giving advice for places to go specially leading us to the discovery of Rock Springs state park and another nearby place called Kings Landing for canoeing downstream the Wekiva river (clearly they love their neighborhood). The nearby mini golf has live alligators for attraction, believe it or not! The house was cozy with 2 nice bathrooms and thoughtful, sweet touches like the victory bell by the pool table in all a very quiet and super clean house. We used the ping pong table a lot! The backyard BBQ grill was heavily used as it is located near this very nice and huge swimming pool. Absolutely loved this Casa and will plan to return to it!
