About this condo rental
Located in Starkville, this lovely condo for $186 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. When those bulldogs are playing and you need a place to lay your head, this is the place to do it! There is a full kitchen and laundry, quiet community and perfect for MSU events. The condo is in the back of the complex , the last group of buildings on the left. It on the second floor. The condo with a king master and two queens in the second bedroom. Condo has new mattresses and bedding. Each bedroom has its own bath. Each bedroom has a 32" inch TV and there is a 48" TV in living room. The condo is 2 miles from Stadium and baseball field and a half mile from downtown. For football games there is a two night minimum. Games are usually on Saturday but is doesn’t matter if you rent Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday. At such time a game is played on an alternate day, the same two day rental applies.

This was perfect for move in weekend. I was able to work online while i visited with my kid. It was nice to have a space to come back too that was large enough for us to cook and enjoy dinner together.

The pictures do not give this space enough credit. The space is very spacious and the furniture/bed/bedding/dishes and bathrooms are all very up to date and clean. Parking is assigned and the unit is in the back of the complex, so road noise is not a problem

We came into town for Mississippi State orientation. We just loved all the decorations and knick knacks representing Mississippi. We didn’t use the kitchen as we ate out for every meal, But i did notice that she has everything you would need to cook if you needed too.
The master bedroom was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed gathering in the living room and watching our favorite television shows. We also enjoyed sitting on the front patio in the evenings as well as in the mornings.
Libby’s place was about a 5 min drive to the college.
We really enjoyed our short stay and look forward to staying here again over the next 4 years while our daughter attends college

Enjoyed our quick stay in Starkville. Very comfortable condo on second floor. Easy booking, check in and check out. This was a our second time staying here and I like the bedroom and bathroom set up.

Great space for the price!
This was my second time to stay here. While this rental is not high end or in the Cotton District, it covers all the basics for a very fair price. Libby is wonderful to work with. Starkville needs more rentals like this!

My husband was worried when we first pulled up, but the inside of the property was great! It is an older apartment complex so it doesn’t have the best facade, but we were told that they are in the process of updating the outside. The owner was wonderful and everything inside was neat and clean. It was perfect for a quick visit to Starkville.

Game Weekend
This was a great location for game weekend. Libby was outstanding to work with, excellent communication. The condo is well laid out, both bedrooms having a bathroom was a plus. There were some cleaning issues, which Libby promptly addressed. Only down side, out of Libbys control, is neighboring property is a bit unkempt - trash, graffiti. But the condo was quiet and met all our needs. I would recommend for adult couples or parents with college age children.

Quiet and Comfortable
The owner was very easy to deal with and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The property is nice and very spacious. The outer appearance of the kitchen was very nice, however the stove/oven and inside the refrigerator could stand to have a good cleaning. All in all the property was great and we enjoyed our stay that allowed us to cook some home cooked meals and visit with our college kids.

Condo was nice, good space and adequate to our needs. However, living room TV worked sporadically at best via Dish. Kitchen supplies could be enhanced but were okay, at least.Overall, we enjoyed our time there and enjoyed our trip.

Fabulous Stay in Starkville
The condo was reasonably close to campus, not walking distance, but not a long drive. The condo was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The complex itself is a little older, but the unit was clean, comfy, safe, and quiet. Didn't use the kitchen as we mostly ate out, but it was nicely appointed, and a good option if you want to cook/eat in the condo. The owner was great to work with, and we will definitely plan on staying here for future visits. Thanks for sharing your lovely space!
