It is very close walking distance to all the Cape Kiwanda activities including surfing, dory boat launching, shopping and restaurants. Cancellation Policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival.
