Located in Virginia Highland, this charming house for $823 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. NO PARTIES / NO SMOKING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. No firearms. Furnished three bedroom/three bathroom house with built-in outdoor pool. Located in the Morningside neighborhood of Atlanta. Quick walk to Virginia Highland, Amsterdam and Morningside shops. Down the street from Piedmont and Orme parks and the Atlanta Beltline. Also close to Emory University, The Centers for Disease Control, Midtown Atlanta, Georgia Tech University and ten minutes from Downtown Atlanta. This is a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood; not appropriate for parties or loud events/comings and goings between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am. Happy neighbors = happy stay :). Also, no glass out back; we provide plastic ware.. The space Morningside/Inman/Grady Schools. All utilities are included (including WiFi and Cable TV). Interaction with guests Whenever they need something - we reply within the hour Other things to note One of the best Intown neighborhoods in Atlanta. The large bedroom is on main with a large bath and king bed. Another full bath is on the main level. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with a full bath in between. One room has a queen bed and the other has a full bed. There is a small office off the large bedroom. Outdoor Security cameras on premises. As part of our commitment to being a great neighbor, we're participating in a pilot using NoiseAware, a privacy safe noise monitoring service. NoiseAware measures decibel levels like a thermostat takes temperature measurements. NoiseAware never creates, stores, records, or transmits audio files of any kind.

We were in the area to visit our son. Truly enjoyed this home. The beds were very comfortably and we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. The neighborhood was very safe and we loved the coffee shops nearby. The proximity to Piedmont Park and midtown are a plus and we loved walking there. The hosts were very easily available should we have needed them. Would definitely stay there again!

The location and neighborhood were perfect. We were close to Piedmont Park, dining and everything we needed. The third bedroom was a bit tight for two adults but other than that everything was as indicated in the listing and just the right location.

This place is wonderful. There's plenty of space for everyone that is laid out so well. The neighborhood is picturesque. It's quiet and the people are very friendly. The hosts were fantastic and super helpful. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Atlanta again.

Property is a great location near Piedmont Park, restaurants, belt line. Clean and spacious and comfortable. Room to stretch out - perhaps could use a bit of love as to landscaping infrastructure in back yard, but a great place to be. Kitchen pans/cutlery/glassware all good to go. Back porch has a great indoor outdoor vibe.

This was our second stay in this home, and we again enjoyed our stay very much. Our prior stay was during the winter, and this stay afforded the opportunity to enjoy the pool and back deck area. Great neighborhood, close to good food places. Hosts are super responsive, friendly and helpful.

We had a relaxing 2 weeks at Liz and Gary’s house. We enjoyed the thoughtful touches (like fresh towels and toiletries, like a 5-star hotel), the spacious house with comfortable beds that fit all of us (including our big teenage son), and the pool, patio and grill. We had a minor issue with the grill (and we really wanted to grill steaks!) that Gary quickly helped us problem-solve. Liz and Gary replied to any questions we had, both before and during our stay, promptly and graciously. The neighborhood is close to everything, including walking distance to some fantastic BBQ, Thai food, and Southern biscuits. Even with the high coronavirus rates in Georgia, we were pleased to see a high rate of mask wearing in the Immediate neighborhood as well as other places we visited in the city (Whole Foods, Publix, GA Aquarium, Emory U) And we are from NYC, where we have been extremely cautious! I cannot recommend this rental enough! Thanks, Liz and Gary!

My family and I came to Atlanta for 4 days to visit one of my kids who’s in school there. The house was great, clean, comfortable and in a perfect location!! Minutes from everything! But on a quiet street in a great neighborhood. Close to midtown, Buckhead, piedmont park Ponce city market, Scad, Atlantic station...all places we visited, within minutes of the house. The pool was such a nice addition after the hot days outside exploring Atlanta. Our family enjoyed everything so much!Our hosts were great!! The house was hit by lightning just days before our arrival and they contacted me saying there was no a/c, cable and that the TVs all fried. They were so honest and moved quickly to fix everything so that all was perfect for our arrival. They even contacted VRBO to ask if they would help find us a different house if there’s was not all perfect for us on our arrival date. They kept us posted daily and then almost hourly as our arrival approached to let us know when repairs were happening, new TVs bought, etc. Their honesty spoke volumes! They were so great! Thanks Liz and Gary!! We’ll be back!

This was a beautiful home that was right downtown Atlanta and was very convenient to everything. The house was clean and it was stocked well with everything you might need. Having a pool with the house was just an added bonus that made our stay even better. Liz is a great host who is very easy to communicate with and will make sure you have everything you need. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to rent and when we head back to Atlanta we'll be sure to stay here again.

The warm welcome we received from the owners of this property started our stay off right. We had a few minor problems like making sure the the fan remotes worked, but the owners were quick to be on the phone solving the problem. The house is great - just as pictured. It sure was nice to have the pool for the Atlanta summer evenings. We loved staying in the historic Virginia-Highlands neighborhood a short drive or a walk to many great restaurants. Just an Uber ride from many attractions. We'd stay again.

Location, location, location!

The house is located in mid-town Atlanta, making it so easy to get downtown and other locations without using the major highways. The house has a large master bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. It was very clean and had many kitchen and toiletry supplies. The upstairs has 2 nice size bedrooms with a jack- n- jill bathroom. We enjoyed eating on the deck outside. The set up was perfect for us. Liz was very responded quickly when we had questions.

Stayed with two friends here and couldn’t have been more comfortable. House was clean, well organized and spacious. We were in walking distance to The Botanical Garden, the Beltline, Ponce Market, and short rides to other locales. Hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. I would stay here again!!

In town 3 days for business. This rental is a $10 Uber to just about anywhere in the city. Liz was awesome when ask for recommendations for restaurants and bars. The taco place down the street has a great little bar and a pretty tasty taco.

Five of us stayed for several days...house was very comfortable and afforded everyone enough private space while having good common areas to hang out. Neighborhood is great and easy to walk to several very good placers to eat, grab coffee We stayed between Christmas and New Years during cold and rainy time so could ‘t take advantage of the nice pool and outdoor space.

Fantastic!

This was perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved the pool! We enjoyed the location with great restaurants and Piedmont Park within easy walking distance and several of the blue relay bike stations about 3/4 mile away. Great location in terms of the local neighborhood and opportunity to explore Atlanta on foot or by bike! We would definitely stay here again when we return to Atlanta. Thanks to Liz who is a great host.

This property was FABULOUS. The pics don't capture the character or size of this home. Although it's a 3bd, 3bth, there is so much space. It has a fully functioning kitchen with just enough basic essentials to allow lots of home cooked meals. There is a picnic table with umbrella for shade. Usable gas grill for outside cooking and a fire pit to huddle around when it's cold. It's so close and convenient to everything. The owners were fantastic. The cable went out our 2nd day due to a storm and it ended up knocking some wires out, but the owner was proactive, keeping communication regarding the situation and even gave us movie giftgift cards for the inconvenience - without even being asked!! Highly recommend this home for a family stay!!
