The location was perfect. The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious with many options.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was quite good.
The hotel is located quite far from the center of this small town, which clearly reduces its value.
Our room did not have air conditioning or any other type of ventilation. Consequently, it literally stank like a sewer, which was very unusual and disappointing for a 4-star hotel.
The shelf in the bathroom was broken (and removed), so our family of 4 had absolutely no space where to put our stuff.

The staff were so friendly and really helpful.
The bed was very comfortable and room was spacious. The girl on reception when I checked in was really lovely and very welcoming.

Great Location. Very good value for money. Very clean room and comfortable.
The reception staff were super friendly, very accommodating, as were the cleaning staff & other staff we met along the way, but the bar staff when we went for dinner & drinks seemed very standoffish, barley spoke to customers or each other, felt like we had to be extra quiet while dining & drinking. If the same staff from reception were in bar would have no complaints whatsoever!

The location of the hotel is good, reachable to the city and other locations easily.
Breakfast/Dinner/Food had limited options for vegetarians. Expensive and not value for money.

Looked newly refurbished, rooms were very tidy & clean.
The bathrooms could do with a couple of shelves beside the mirror, over the towel rail etc. for putting somethings on.

Thank you so much to the lovely staff at the hotel for being so accommodating. The hotel was fantastic with a beautiful bar area and so convenient to order a taxi into the town. The rooms were a 10/10 and for a big crowd too it couldnt have been better.

Fabulous hotel. Couldn't fault a thing. Location perfect and the staff were exceedingly helpful.
10.0
The efficiency and friendliness of the staff. The food was excellent as were the prices for dinner and wine.
Perhaps being offered wash cloths, I travel with a couple of spares, but asked at reception and got some from the hotel. It seems the trend now is to not automatically provide wash cloths, perhaps your hotel could take the lead and mention they are available upon request.
