Do dopracowania

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko Starego Miasta. Balkon z krzesłami i stolikiem.

Dostaliśmy inny apartament niż wskazywała na to rezerwacja. Niestety dużo gorszy. Brak chodniczka lub dodatkowego ręcznika w łazience. Brak również ręcznika do rąk, którego w sumie i tak nie byłoby gdzie powiesic bo w łazience nie ma żadnego haczyka. Mały telewizor w salonie (niestety nie Smart tv) a miał być jeszcze w sypialni. Brak ręcznika papierowego albo jakichś ściereczek chociaż. W łazience nie było gdzie powiesić ręcznika i szkoda że nie było też żadnych kosmetyków do mycia. Niestety naczynia nie były do końca czyste, a niektóre wręcz brudne. Brak podstawowych przypraw, a herbata byla jedna (najtańsza czarna). Przydałaby się też łyżka do butów. To wszystko są małe detale, które jednak zdecydowanie mogłyby umilić pobyt. Zwłaszcza za tą cenę.

Misleading description.

Misleading listing. There was no parking available. Host refused to cancel booking despite this. They even use parking in their name.

Very cute place, quiet and clean!

I couldn't get the TV to connect to my Bluetooth and the clothes heater in the restroom never heated up.

good value for money close to the old city

Pleasant appartment in a new building, very close to old city and quiet in the same time, easy check-in with clear instructions

a bit poor soundproof so could be noisy from neighbours if you're unlucky

Nice apartment near the downtown.

Location of the apartment was good. It is placed in new building with access only for residents. Near you can find also some groceries shops and tram/bus stops. It is 10 minutes by foot to the downtown.

The bathroom should be better ventilated because you can smell the humidity. Also the oven in the kitchen will be perfect.

All was fine, apartment was clean, cosy, in good place close to the center.

I would recommend to omit the breakfast. It was provided by unknown catering company. Cold sausages, chees and bread (unfortunatelly not fresh). Next day the same. It is better to buy something good and fresh nearby or went out. I think, guests would more apreciate e.g., some cold drinks in the fridge as a little present instead. Parking and handing the parking remote key back was a bit clumsy. One would expect automatic door-gate down the garage, but the key had to be returned back to the room. However, all above mentioned was minor. The stay was great and perfect. I can only recommend.

Overall great experience: + bright and spacious apartment (big windows and nice design) + nice location close proximity everywhere + seamless booking and entry to apartment

Really great, only things coming to my mind are minor tweaks that would take up the level to really premium: - better quality hair dryer - basic cosmetics available (not only soap but hair wash and conditioner) - fix light in bedroom (main light makes sounds when switched on)

The location is close to the center The kitchen is really well equipped

The location were really noisy, even with the windows closed you could hear many people talking really loud during the whole night. I booked this apartment because it says that they have a crib, I even payed more because of it ... And the crib was not there , I tried to call they multiple times and they don't answer the phone ... That means that if you need to talk with them about something you won't be able ...

The worst experience ever. I do not recommend staying in this place. It was the biggest mistake in my life. The way to get to the building and find the flat is quite complicated since the information you get from the owner is not accurate. They were talking about the "B" entrance, which for I was looking quite long. In the end, there is only one entrance to the building, and only the building itself is divided into wings A, B C. Thiggest problem was the parking. you can not park on the street without paying in the machine that accepts only Polish coins, no banknotes, no cards. So for foreigners is not possible to pay it without coins. Because you have to park on the street, find the entrance, right flat, pick up the garage door remote to be able to get to the garage (meanwhile you can easily get fine for parking, which we did get). The service of the accommodation is terrible. We have got the fine completely in Polish, so I was asking for help at the accommodation call center, the girl there was very unfriendly, not willing to help me and promised me to call me back with some help, obviously, she did not call back. The equipment of the flat is not in good condition, I would say "very worn". Floor was damaged, walls need repainting, shower was broken in many ways, missing toilet paper holder, no shower gel provided, just one towel per person. The bed was a nightmare, small, mattress with some hard parts in it to make pain to your back all night. After all so called breakfast was just a joke, no water, no juice, egg cut in half with the shell so the pieces of shell everywhere. PLESE DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

There was nothing that you like like about it the shower wasn’t working they lucky that I stop the flow of the water because otherwise the place would’ve been flooded the TV wasn’t working and I have to check in by myself and after 24 hours of no shower I had to deal with the water flowing in the apartment

The constant noise pounding in the apartment apartment wasn’t ready to be released for anybody to live in it maybe look nice but there was construction going on floor below and they said they had no control so if they had no control they should not list apartment is ready for anybody to move in and did you decide not to refund the money I only stayed there for days and you will hear from my lawyer
