Genuine hospitality

A beautiful traditional building, with comfortable, well-appointed rooms, spotlessly clean and quiet, close to the Old Port, the most picturesque part of the town, and to Ag. Marina beach just a 5' walk away, Mimoza is one of these family-run hotels, offering a warm welcome and genuine hospitality. Tina and her family will go the extra mile to make you feel at home - so much so, that you'll be sad to leave... But not before delving into a fabulous buffet breakfast with homemade cakes and marmalades, in the yard under the shade! Thank you for everything, and hope to be back again!

Great place, great people

Excellent place, clean, with comfortable mattresses. The staff was very friendly and helpful, catering to all our needs and the breakfast was very nice.

It is a 1 km walk from the port but close to the old port.

Excellent stay, recommended 100%!

Excellent room, polite hosts, very clean, equipped with the essentials, very tasty and generous breakfast and most importantly it was pet friendly so we could take our dog with us which isn't normally the case. There is also a very nice front yard where you take breakfast that is very nice and relaxing! I recommend Mimosa and would happily stay there in another trip to Spetses!

Depending on where your activities are in the island you might find you need to walk a bit- which is feasible. We knew our activities where on the opposite direction but because we had stayed in the area before and liked the apartment we were okay with that. Plus you always have the option to rent a bike or take a ride with the horses.

Exceptional

The breakfast was really good and wholesome. Home made jams and breads, cakes, fresh juice,fresh coffee and a wonderful selection of cooked eggs bacon etc. More than you could have wanted. The location of the elegant hotel was in a typically quiet beautiful road 15 minutes on foot from the port. Breakfast was taken in the courtyard which was quiet and shady within the grounds of the hotel surrounded by a well tended garden. The proprietors Tina and Maria were very friendly and went out of their way to make you feel at home. And we had a really lovely stay at Mimosa. Thank you very much indeed. We hope to return.

Tina is wonderful, the homemade breakfast was amazing and we’re so glad we stayed here!

The hotel is in a great location in between the old and new harbors, easy access to many beaches, restaurants and the water. The rooms are nice and clean, comfy beds and they have ac which is nice because it can get a little noisy and buggy at night.

The room was exceptional, the balcony was great but the breakfast was superb! Almost every baked good was homemade (including a fig jam). We were given an upgrade when we arrived which was much appreciated. The reception was super friendly. We e could not fault our stay at Mimoza.

A magical spot: Home away from home

Look no further, this is the best place to stay on the island. the property was beautiful, clean, in the best possible location. we loved it. the staff and owner were absolutely amazing and made our stay special. located very close to the old port and near everything you could possibly want to do. 5 min walk to all the restaurants and shops. THANK YOU!!

Amazing hospitality from the staff!Very clean property!

Everything was amazing! the staff and especially Mrs Tina was very friendly, and provide us the most valuable information for the island! She has helped us with our baggages since we have faced a health issue and we left one day earlier. Last but not least she has given back to us a part of money due to our departure.

We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely choose it again when we visit Spetses again!

Everything was perfect! Very friendly staff, super breakfast with handmade cakes and pitas (different everyday), clean rooms with clean and fresh towels everyday, nice toiletries (by APIVITA). The room was spacious and we had a small balcony where we could enjoy our coffee! There is a fridge in the room (they put bottles of water for you everyday) and there is a mini market - almost next to the hotel- in case you want to buy your own snacks/drinks...

The bathroom in our room was a bit tight/small, so if you are "a big size" it is better to let them know - maybe other rooms have more spacious bathrooms!

Superb

The owner is sooooo nice! I broke my iphone and she drove all the way to her house to get a SIM card opener for me. Incredible! Rooms were very clean and beds very comfortable. I slept like a rock! The breakfast was one of the best I have had in Greece with all homemade eggs, veggies, breads and cakes, along with fruits, yogurt and cereals.

The traffic nearby was extremely loud

Spacious rooms with a lot of light coming in, clean spotless and with amenities. Rich buffet, for breakfast in the lovely garden and service with a smile 24/7. I recommend the hotel to anyone looking to enjoy spetses and a stroll around the old Port.

Lovely stay in Spetses

The family room that we had was equipped with a lovely terrace with great views. Very relaxing. The staff was always helpful and friendly arranging anything that was needed. I enjoyed the breakfasts with homemade pies and fresh fig jam! Only a few minutes to walk to a very inviting beach and to the restaurants as well.

The only minor thing is that the hotel is located on the road so sometimes the traffic spoils the otherwise complete peace and tranquility.

Amazing stay

Excellent home-made breakfast, very clean and comfortable room. Property owner Tina is very friendly, helpful and offers useful advice about Spetses and she is ready to answer any questions. The balcony with soft chairs is very cute to enjoy fresh air

Lovely stay

It was very friendly, helpful, accommodating. The lady who helped us on reception was really good, she helped us get scooters, do our pcr tests, print out documents etc. She even did us some laundry. She was really sweet. I would definitely recommend this hotel, it’s very unique
