Our lovely quiet apartment with amazing sea and mountain views has recently been refurbished to a high standard. Centrally located in a private complex, within walking distance of the Casino on the main promenade with Restaurant, Bars & Shops and the beach with miles of walkways and cycleways. Fully equipped apartment with all the comforts of home, including 2 spacious bedrooms, bathroom with walk in shower, TV with English and Irish Channels, Wifi, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and all necessary equipment for self catering. A large double balcony that enjoys sun from morning to evening to enjoy sunrises and sunsets. Bar-b-q, sun loungers, beach chairs available to use for the beach. Large Spar at end of street. Children's and 18m pool to enjoy a swim with sun loungers available. Small play area available for Children. Quiet gated complex.

The apartment is so well equipped! the balcony and views were amazing. we were able to easily eat in every other night then dine out the next night. We would love to stay there again!

This appartment is in a great location, a short walk to the seafront bars and restraunts ad a short walk to the.beach.
There is a taxi rank and bus stops nearby. Appartment is well equiped and suitable for a longer stay.

Well positioned light and airy
This apartment was spacious, light and airy. A double south facing balcony and a small north facing area gave plenty of outside space. There was also a separate utility room which housed the fridge/freezer and washing machine. The furniture was of good quality and there was WiFi and English TV channels. On the third floor so quite a few steps but overall a good apartment that I would be happy to return to. Communication with owner and management lad to very good.

Home from Home
We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Everything was as you expect or above. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully furnished including an electric toaster and electric kettle. There was a utility room which housed the fridge freezer and washing machine. The TV showed ITV and BBC channels among others, so if you fancied a night in, you could watch your favourites. The cleaner came in during our stay, a very friendly young lady who did a very good job. We were no more than 5 minutes from a very large and well equipped Spar. The strip was approximately 10 mins walk away, with all the bars, restaurants, shops and beach. The Top Gun restaurant on the strip cooks excellent Sunday lunch. The apartments opposite did a really good curry. Unfortunately, on March 14th while we were there, we were on Covid-19 complete lockdown for 10 days, which meant we were unable to leave the apartment, only for food or medication, but a lovely large balcony and views helped make up for the fact we were unable to go out. We cannot thank Paul enough for his assistance throughout. If there was a piece of news he thought we may get worried about, he always rang and explained it to us. Other people were getting moved from their accommodation as it was shutting around us, literally, but Paul explained that we were okay and not to worry, he was right. As this is mainly a residential block, we were not moved. What could have been a very stressful and worrying time was made exceptionally easy by Paul. If we could rate Paul 20 out of 10, we would. We will not hesitate to return to this lovely apartment. It really is a Home from Home.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Everything went to plan, and we had no problems. The area is fine, the weather was good and we had a nice four weeks there.

Paul and sheilas apartment
Great apartment for a grown up family of four, we knew the location before we visited just up from cafe ola, the owners are easy to reach and quick to respond, very quiet complex so perfect for a chilled holiday, would definitely recommend

A nice apartment in a nice quiet location
The apartment was great and was in a lovely quiet location. Paul was great with communicating the check-in process and any updates needed, along with answer any questions or queries we had. If we can would stay here again.

Well equipped apartment in a great location
We had a fabulous week in this apartment. We asked for an early check in due to our early flight and everything was ready when we arrived. (After the 10 minute drive from the airport)
The apartment is a good size with plenty of storage, the kitchen area was quite small but the fridge freezer and washing machine were in a separate utility area which made the kitchen area feel less cramped.
The large balcony gets the sun for most of the day and has a lovely view over the roof tops out to sea. There is a well stocked Spar at the end of the road and it is a 5 minute flat walk to the seafront.
The pool area was very clean and quiet and we had no problem getting sunbeds whenever we wanted them.
We would definitely return.

Perfect in every way
We’ve stayed here a few times now. It is very well priced. The apartment is clean and up to date and has a fab double balcony with sea views. The beds are so comfy. We love staying in this apartment but you’ve got to be quick to book as it is popular. It is mins from the sea front and loads of restaurants and bars. Love it love it love it.

Great location and facilities
Great location, shops, restaurants,bars and beach all within 5mins walking but far enough away to be quite at night. Nice size spar with good prices within 100yards.There are 3 flights of steps to apartment, no lift and can be a little darkly lit on return at night but the street light was out so this would help with the dark if it was working. Great tv service and free WiFi. Washing machine, microwave and cooker all lovely and clean. Could do with a few more large towels and hairdryer. Beds very comfy. A liitle libary of books, cds and dvds to use. Did not use the swimming pool as it was being redone but when it was finished it looked very inviting but water needed time to get warm so used the swimming pool in the apartment across the road with no problem. Nice children's play area.Loads of bands playing each night plus bingo and quiz nights at the multitude of bars and clubs around. Beach is lovely but when windy the sea can get really choppy and not advisable to swim but on calm days very nice being quite shallow. Communication with Phil and Sheila was 100% and no problems encountered Thank you so much for the use of your lovely apartment im sure we will be back 😁

Amazing apartment in a great location, very well equipped everything we needed for our stay had been thought of and provided right down to kids DVDs and games.

Lovely apartment in a great location
Just spent a week in this great apartment which had everything we needed for our holiday. It is 5 mins walk to the main strip where there are lots of bars and restaurants and a Spar supermarket just 2 mins away which stocks everything needed for a self catering holiday. The balcony has plenty room for sunbathing and the view is amazing. The complex is very quiet and we felt very secure in the apartment. Paul, the owner, was easy to deal with and answered our questions quickly. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would love to stay here again in the future.

Lovely sea view and sun all day
We spent two weeks in this apartment. It met all of our needs. The owner Paul was easy to deal with and very helpful. The apartment itself had a lovely view of the sea from the balcony and even from inside the lounge. The balcony was spacious and had sun for most of the day. Another benefit was that it was sheltered from the breezes. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage space. Also the apartment was cleaned and had the bedding and towels changed after one week. There was a washing machine so the towels could be laundered whenever you felt the need. A nice touch was the gift of bottled water and wine on arrival. The complex itself was secure with a key entry to the complex and a lock box to the apartment. A rental that we hope to return to in the future.

Excellent appartment - Close to beach, shops, bars and restaurants.

The bright and airy apartment is located in a ideal spot with great views all around.
Kept to a very high standard, tastefully decorated and spotless.
Ideal for a group of friends or a family, it contains everything needed to dine in or BBQ on the large balcony - a real sun trap at all times of the day.
Loads of books & magazines available, also buckets & spades for children's trips to the beach, Downstairs there are plenty of sun lounges by the complex pool.
There is an abundance of great restaurant and bars within a few minutes walk and a large spar down the street with a great deli and delicious bakery section.
The beach and promenade are within a few minutes walk.
Only 15 minutes from the airport, great directions and welcome pack provided our visit. We will are already planning a return visit in 2018.

Great Location Apartment OK
Paul was very helpful and answered all our queries quickly and was helpful when we mislaid the key ( we found it before we arrived ) The complex is a we bit run down and could do with a good clean and painting. The apartment was OK not the best I have stayed in but not the worst, the terrace has loose tiles and could do with a good clean, the WI FI was excellent. All in all it was all just OK but we would not return it was just not for us

Good family apartment
This apartment is well equipped and well maintained. It is well located with a 5 minute walk to the promenade and close to bus and taxi ranks. Spar shop just around the corner which is well stocked and reasonable. Apartment has double sized balcony with nice views. WIFI is a good service . The complex is quiet with a nice large pool and play area and paddling pool for the kids.

The apartment is in a fab location, a level walk to the beach front shops and bars of Purrto del Carmen.
It's well-equipped with a full cooker, not just a hob as you often get in holiday apartments and a very quiet washing machine and fridge freezer in a separate utility room.
The bedrooms are spacious with large wardrobes - and lots of coat hangers!
There are 2 balconies, a small one at the front with mountain views and a huge one at the back with a table and chairs, sun beds and a barbecue. There are sea views from this side of the apartment so it's a lovely place to sit with a glass of wine in the evening.
The lounge area has a sofa and an armchair and also a table and chairs. There's tv with lots of channels and DVD player. The wifi in the apartment worked better than mine at home!
We had a fantastic stay in the apartment and would highly recommend it.

We have just returned from this apartment and had a wonderful time there. It was in a terrific situation and was quiet at night. It was spotlessly clean and we loved the two balconies which had plenty of space and furniture, including a BBQ.
The space inside was great and we would definitely return for more visits.

Overall the apartment was excellent lovely welcome pack as we walked in the door, balcony had great views of the ocean only downside was the pool was closed so we spent our times sunbathing on the balcony.
Only a couple of minutes from the spar shop which had everything we needed, and only another couple of minutes walk to the main promenade where you could choose of restaurants and bars galore.
Would definitely go back 10/10.

Myself and husband had a wonderful stay in your apartment. Very comfortable beds and every luxury of home - even Irish TV,. The apartment was spotless and well maintained. We cooked in a couple of nights and your kitchen was very well equipped. The washing machine was very handy. A great Spar at the end of the complex had everything you needed. The complex was quite and the views from the Double Balcony were amazing, we spent many hours watching planes and ships coming and going. The small balcony at the front was also lovely for morning coffee with great views of the mountain. Lovely restaurants were close by - we particularly liked Cafe Ola and the Cocktail bar. We would recommend to family and friends and hope to return again soon.

We were really pleased with the location of the apartment, 5 mins walk to everything but on a quiet road with a fantastic shop and restaurant next to the apartment. Lovely pool and play area for children, we loved the resort and couldnt believe how good the food was and how reasonably priced. The apartment felt very comfortable, we were very relaxed and had everything we needed there.Fantastic large balcony

A lovely, airy, well-kept apartment in a quiet complex.
The apartment had everything we needed for two adults and two older children. It might be a bit quiet for younger children - there was a play area but it was cordoned off and closed at the time of our visit, though there was a kiddies pool.
Plenty of space with a large balcony. Couple of flights of steps to the apartment but nothing too bad and it meant that there was a nice breeze blowing through the apartment when the doors were open which made it very comfortable despite the temperatures being around 30deg C.
Spar Shop on the doorstep (and better value hyper Dino not too far away) and there's an excellent, good value pizza restaurant near the complex (beside the Spar).
Just a few minutes walk to main strip and beach. Paul was very helpful and we had a courtesy visit to ensure everything was to our satisfaction - which it was.
We couldn't find Irish/English TV channels but we didn't ask for help as we weren't there to watch Irish/English TV! WiFi was intermittent and mostly available just outside front door and in one bedroom but was good enough.
The washing machine was a great addition and means less baggage to carry :)
A lovely touch was small gift left in apartment to welcome us. We would definitely stay again.

Just returned from 10 days in Lanzarote. The location of the apartment is fantastic, so close to all the bars, restaurants, promenade and beaches. The apartment is located on the top floor with a large balcony that gets the sun most of the day. There is a Spar Supermarket for all the important supplies beside the apartment. Lots of on street parking and easy to find.
The apartment is lovely, well cared for and is like a home from home. There is everything you would expect with lots of local information, washing machine, TV that gets all the usual channels, and there in free Internet. The balcony has a sun lounger, table and chairs, even a BBQ. The view is fantastic with clear views of the sea.
We had a really enjoyable holiday and would not hesitate in recommending the apartment. We have already booked a return trip later this year for 2 weeks.

Just returned from a week in Lanzarote. The location of the apartment is great, just up the road from where it all happens. Being upstairs you get the sun most of the day on the balcony, although the pool area is to die for (especially at the start of February when there is nobody else at it). Only comment about the pool is that it is not heated, although if your brave its perfect. Plenty parking available in the street, and restaurants nearby. Just around the corner (or across the road if you walk to the side gate) there is a Spar for the all important supplies, if you have a car Lidl's is not too far away and cheaper on certain items). Lots of on street parking and easy to find.
The apartment itself is lovely and well cared for, it has the comfiest bed I've slept in out of all the apartments we've stayed in before. Everything is there you would expect (Paul you need a cheese grater), with lots of local info, washing up liquid, a cool bag and carrier bags for your trip to the supermarket. TV gets all our usual channels, and there in free Internet. The balcony has a sun lounger, table and chairs, even a BBQ. The view is fantastic with clear views of the sea (and great opportunities to people watch the guests in the Rosamar Apartments).
We had a really enjoyable time and wouldn't hesitate in recommending the apartment, hoping to return next year if they'll have us.

The apartment was very clean it's in a perfect location just 5 minutes to the beach and across the road from Spar. Pool was really clean and quiet. Will definitely book again and will be recommending to friends.
